Good textures and flavors. Just the right amount of crisp and chew on the crusts. No seating here, standing in line only. The service was courteous. Overall service could be a tad slow as sometimes there weren't enough staff, but each staffer was efficient. General vibe is that of a prestigious bakery that are pushing out as much bread as possible. I do see people kneading dough in the back, so it's made on site. Fruit and veggies selection is big as well and there are lots of interesting sodas, many flavours I couldn't get at home. Wine, beer and booze come at very good prices (most french customers come for that it seemed). Spain also has some great canned Tuna, and they have a good selection of these....bought quite some. It's really fun shopping here. If you got some time on your hands, it's fun to wander and stroll around the store.
