We were concerned because they are usually very expensive for nothing super special. Then my wife happened upon Chelsea Lietz's Photography. Not only were the prices very reasonable, but her photos were simply gorgeous. We ended up getting the "Belly to Baby" package which was two photography sessions one a short 45 minute Maternity session, and the second a 3 hourish newborn photography session. The maternity session blew our minds away, we were so pleased with how laid back she was, how professional she seemed, and most importantly how organized, and timely she was. She asked us if there was anythign we wanted and we mentioned our tattoos, and she delivered with what is one of my favourite photos of me and my wife. We were super pleased with the maternity session, and everyone in our family and freidns on facebook loved the photos. We thought it couldn't get better than this. WE WERE WRONG!! Chelsea has a plague on the wall of her studio that says "Baby Whisperer" this is not an exagerration. She handled our 1 week old newborn so well that we immediately trusted her with our baby so much that my wife and I both fell asleep due to the comfortable environment, and the absolute trust we had in Chelsea. Then the Photos came.... They were simply stunning! She focused on the baby like she should, but still managed to get a couple of pictures with my wife and I with the baby. They were everything and more that we wanted. For the price that we paid I doubt we could find someone with more bang for the buck. I was tasked with "photo booth" duties for my niece's Quinceñera, and let me tell you that I * did…read more* my * research! I wanted all of our guests to be happy with their photos (some of us are so vain, what can I say?) and since this was my only task for what turned out to be a family reunion, I wanted to book the best. These guys did not disappoint! Pay for the "extras!" My mother in law kept telling everyone how great she looked (THANK YOU "custom up lighting" - just WOW!!) and the scrap book that we got to take home at the end of the night had everyone in tears. We laughed and cried over it, it's awesome. On top of the professional grade equipment, Brian the owner was our attendant and everyone loved him. This guy was putting together the album (printing extra copies of EVERY photo in real time to put in the album) while reminding us to look at the camera and not ourselves, directing us to leave a note in the album () all with the patience of a saint. No one ever felt rushed and he offered every guest a text of the photo EVERY TIME. At one point i saw a small line, but he was so efficient that the line went QUICKLY, all while everyone walked away smiling. The reviews don't lie. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time researching like I did - just book them!

We hired this photo booth company for our wedding and unfortunately had a very disappointing…read moreexperience. On the first day, the photo booth was scheduled to begin operating at 5:30 PM. While the vendor arrived around that time, setup took approximately three hours, and the booth was not operational until around 8:30 PM. By then, many guests had already gone inside, and we missed a large portion of the event during which we had planned to take photos with family and friends. We even delayed entering the venue while waiting for setup to be completed, which affected our event timeline and contributed to our reception running significantly later than planned. Additionally, the photo template that was provided during the event did not match the design that had been presented to us beforehand. The second day was even more frustrating. The vendor was scheduled to arrive at 5:00 PM but canceled at the scheduled start time with no meaningful advance notice or explanation. As a result, we were left without the service we had paid for. We paid a total of $1,500. After the wedding, we requested a refund due to the missed service and significant delays. The company declined and instead offered $300 in cash and $1,200 in store credit. Given our experience, we explained that we had no intention of using their services again and requested a monetary refund, but that request was refused. To make matters worse, adhesive/glue used during setup was left on the venue floor and was not cleaned up. The venue later complained and charged us an additional $200 cleaning fee. Overall, we paid for a service that was delayed for hours on one day and canceled entirely on another. The experience created unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the most important days of our lives. We are currently pursuing legal remedies to recover our losses. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience.
