I was tasked with "photo booth" duties for my niece's Quinceñera, and let me tell you that I * did * my * research! I wanted all of our guests to be happy with their photos (some of us are so vain, what can I say?) and since this was my only task for what turned out to be a family reunion, I wanted to book the best. These guys did not disappoint! Pay for the "extras!" My mother in law kept telling everyone how great she looked (THANK YOU "custom up lighting" - just WOW!!) and the scrap book that we got to take home at the end of the night had everyone in tears. We laughed and cried over it, it's awesome. On top of the professional grade equipment, Brian the owner was our attendant and everyone loved him. This guy was putting together the album (printing extra copies of EVERY photo in real time to put in the album) while reminding us to look at the camera and not ourselves, directing us to leave a note in the album () all with the patience of a saint. No one ever felt rushed and he offered every guest a text of the photo EVERY TIME. At one point i saw a small line, but he was so efficient that the line went QUICKLY, all while everyone walked away smiling. The reviews don't lie. Do yourself a favor, don't waste your time researching like I did - just book them! read more

Peek A Booth - Up lighting made my skin look great! - Photo Booth Rentals Near Me - San Antonio, Texas

We hired this photo booth company for our wedding and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. On the first day, the photo booth was scheduled to begin operating at 5:30 PM. While the vendor arrived around that time, setup took approximately three hours, and the booth was not operational until around 8:30 PM. By then, many guests had already gone inside, and we missed a large portion of the event during which we had planned to take photos with family and friends. We even delayed entering the venue while waiting for setup to be completed, which affected our event timeline and contributed to our reception running significantly later than planned. Additionally, the photo template that was provided during the event did not match the design that had been presented to us beforehand. The second day was even more frustrating. The vendor was scheduled to arrive at 5:00 PM but canceled at the scheduled start time with no meaningful advance notice or explanation. As a result, we were left without the service we had paid for. We paid a total of $1,500. After the wedding, we requested a refund due to the missed service and significant delays. The company declined and instead offered $300 in cash and $1,200 in store credit. Given our experience, we explained that we had no intention of using their services again and requested a monetary refund, but that request was refused. To make matters worse, adhesive/glue used during setup was left on the venue floor and was not cleaned up. The venue later complained and charged us an additional $200 cleaning fee. Overall, we paid for a service that was delayed for hours on one day and canceled entirely on another. The experience created unnecessary stress during what should have been one of the most important days of our lives. We are currently pursuing legal remedies to recover our losses. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. read more

Peek a Booth produced some amazing photos. Hired Brian to cover a Mom and Son Luncheon for over 500 people. He was very professional and courteous to our guests. He was on time and even stayed extra to help make sure our guests were happy and our event was successful. He brought a variety of props that were perfect for the event. I had originally booked a photo booth company other than Peek a Booth and after they received my money, they had no communication or would reply to me. I then looked at a picture of my fiancé (now husband) that was on my desk from the Bridal Extravaganza pre-covid with the Peek a Booth logo. I decided to call Brian there and get a quote and purchased a 3 hour service with the Scrapbook memory maker. Let me tell you, this was the Best Buy of my whole wedding!!! Brian was so awesome, has a great personality with not just us the bride and groom, but with all of my guests, which many gave me compliments! I never saw the Photo booth empty throughout the whole night (I wish I had got an extra hour!!) All of my guests who I've talked to (now 3 days post wedding) have raved about the Photo booth!! We got a link to all of our photos which I've shared with guests and have seen all over their social medias. The pictures are super clear and the overall quality of the booth was amazing! The memory scrapbook was made throughout the night and Brian gave it to us at the end upon my request so I can look at later after the wedding night and I cried at how amazing it was. I cannot recommend them enough and look forward to my family and friends having events so I can refer their business as well! If you're on the fence about booking, do it! Thank you Brian! read more

When originally planning my wedding, pre-COVID lockdown, I went to the Bridal Extravaganza with my now-husband and the friendliness and backgrounds caught my attention first. After taking our own high-gloss photo at the event, I fell in love. Choosing Peek-a-Booth was literally the FIRST decision I'd made toward my wedding planning. I was NOT disappointed. In the beginning, Brian Beltran assisted in getting our design right for the shots and was really receptive to any changes or tweaks to the colors and fonts, and that made me just super comfortable working with Peek-a-Booth going forward. Not only was Beltran and his staff completely set up before the reception even began, but they were also energetic and enthusiastic throughout the night. I opted for 3 hours of unlimited sessions for my guests, including fun props, and my favorite bit is the scrapbooks photo album that was ready immediately for my husband and me. I love the scrapbook because it includes a copy of every single shot that was taken that night. It's truly my favorite thing to look back on so far since I'm waiting on my photographs. My overall goal for the reception was for everyone to have a good time, and the scrapbook shows all the candid, silly shots my friends and family took. I love it! Peek-a-Booth is the BEST! read more
