After providing all requested documentation, weeks passed with no progress updates and she became extremely difficult to reach. Months went by without a response. When I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company due to the lack of service, she suddenly reconnected with me and explained that she had lost her laptop, assuring me she would complete my return right away. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and paid again after the dispute was reversed. Unfortunately, the same pattern repeated. She stopped responding to messages, did not complete the work she was paid for, and has once again become unreachable. My tax return remains unfinished. I have since spoken with multiple other clients who described very similar experiences -- long delays, lack of communication, and returns left incomplete. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend her services. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision.
