Please don't ever go to this place or ever us Wess Baugh. The level of how unprofessional he was beyond words. He used the f word several times and was very degrade. Not only dose he talk down to you he talk over you and not let you get a word in. If you have kids please don't let them in a room with him!!!!!! read more

I love the therapist my child sees, but the reception area lacks kindness. You don't feel welcome in the facility and when they talk on the phone, one receptionist is rude. read more

All staff seems very professional. One area of improvement will be phone etiquette. Customer service over the phone needs a lot of work.

Do not go to these doctors! I had a psych evaluation done and the doctor told me what he was going to put in the psych evaluation and by the time it got to my doctor, 5 months later, the psych evaluation didn't even say anything in the evaluation that we had spoke about. They lie to your face so you won't freak out on them then they don't answer your phone calls and just take your money. I had two doctors that did that in the past five months. Find someone else to talk to these people don't care, the receptionist is rude and you just cannot trust them. read more

Called for information and the girl who ansered the phone did not want to answer any of my questions. She got rude and interupted me, so I hung up. I guess that answers my questions! read more

Absolutely would NOT recommend under any circumstance. Wess Baugh was extremely unprofessional. In his office he first made a blanket statement as he walked into the room that girls are better than boys then proceeded to talk about how his mother would talk trash about his father. She would say things about how 'horrible of a lover' he was. He repeated this a few times throughout. He then went on to say that men are "f***ing pieces of sh**." He said this no fewer than 10 times in 1 hour. He justified his position with the statistic that in Missouri there are 22 prisons and only 2 of them are for women. He was vulgar throughout in his language with his favorites being listed above. The level of unprofessional-ism extends way beyond just the language. If you HAVE to go here, do NOT use Wess Baugh! read more

The only had 2 that were any good as far as psych doctors. One retired and the other let for much greener pastures. The only 1 I would trust is Juliann McFall. Do not go to Doyle ever! He is a idiot with a degree that's not worth the paper it's wrote on. Carla the receptionist is a psycho herself. She needs long term treatment. She is bat sh.. crazy. DONT GO HERE OR ANYWHERE ELSE IN MISSOURI!!!! Cross a state line and get help! read more

That wes guy was horrible. when I was 14, my brother and I were brought there so we could get along instead of fight all the time, and wes decided to make transphobic comments about my appearance. He acted really creepy. read more
