All staff seems very professional. One area of improvement will be phone etiquette. Customer service over the phone needs a lot of work.

We've been going here for about 3 months I have a 15 year old and 11 year old they had been…read morediagnosed by college skyline by highly recommended gentleman there. I was told going to Will's place was the best option. I tried access didn't get very far so when my kids went in to see their primary doctors they were both sent to Will's place. We saw (Dr. Laray) I'm sorry if the spelling is wrong. The prescriptions are filled by Dr Graves who I've never seen or met. I was told that my older daughter who's in high school would see a counselor which she has not yet seen. Now I know for a fact my son has ADHD extremely bad so I wasn't surprised when they heard he had been on two other medications through access when they decided to put him on Ritalin. Now I have heard horror stories about Ritalin. But my son has been doing phenomenal at school! Even the principal reached out to me to tell me how much of a change she has seen in him. THAT ALL BEING SAID.... I agree with the other people that have commented. 1. Several times when I have called to request refills I was treated very rudely. But then again there are a few that actually did work very hard to get it corrected. Which I told them I really appreciate all their effort.. 2. Them promising that my daughter would have a therapist coming out to the school to see her which was an option they gave me and I took and they still have not sent anyone out there and I had an IEP with the school yesterday which they confirmed no one has been there to see her which is very disappointing! 3. The staff somewhere isn't doing their job right when it comes to setting up appointments I have had to reschedule my children both children multiple times to come back in and be seen being told one day and then getting a call a week prior saying that my appointment was the next day I had each appointment written down on the calendar like always and specified to them their appointment dates that I was given they argued with me cancel the appointment and rescheduled them for later dates at this point my son will not be seen until December and neither will my daughter now since she was supposed to be seen on the 22nd at 9:00 a.m. yet I got a phone call on the 14th specifying that she had an appointment on the 16th at 9:00 a.m. I explained no that is not correct again I was given an argument instead of an apology they simply canceled the appointment and then scheduled out until December. At this point I feel like I have been let down in a way since especially with my son being on Ritalin I feel that it's something that needs to be monitored much closely. I'm debating on whether or not to try and find another place to go or give them one more chance. As a parent I feel my children should be getting the best care possible. Something has to be changed in our office or they're going to start not only losing patience but if the reviews keep up they might get shut down. Like I said the only positive things I can say about the place is the one doctor we met and then putting my son on the right medication to help him settle down and focus in school.
