Before coming here, I had one dentist quote me almost $4,000 for cleaning and wanted to pull a tooth. Another dentist also wanted to pull the same tooth. Needless to say, I didn't go back to either one. Majestic was completely different. They were patient, honest, and transparent about what I actually needed. They cleaned my teeth, did a root canal, and put a crown on the tooth the other dentists wanted to pull. It's been a while now and my tooth is perfectly fine! I really appreciate that they didn't make me feel like I was just being charged for unnecessary work. They took the time to explain everything and genuinely cared about saving my tooth. I was eventually refunded for that in addition to the amount I had to pay out of pocket to have the work fixed by another dentist. By far the worst dental experience I have ever had. While the aesthetic was nice that is the only thing good I have to say. I did not have tooth pains before I went here and ever since I have had terrible pain in my teeth and jaw.I was told I had to have a root canal and they referred me to a place that charged $500 for the just consult alone which did not go towards the actual work itself. I didn't have any pain before I went there and now I experience pain regularly. Not only that but I was also told I needed other root canals. This was untrue. I have since been to a much better/trustworthy dentist office that not only told me that I do NOT need additional root canals but they also had to fix a filling that was done by Lush that I had to pay out of pocket for because it was within the timeframe given by insurance. Therefore I had to pay double to fix the work they did poorly due since the tooth had just been worked on. I discourage anyone from ever going here and having to experience what I did.

Melissa, met with me and explained all the things that were billed to the insurnace for the intial visit, and what the insurance did not pay they just simply wrote off as a loss. My wife and myswlf were not responsible for what the insurance did not pay, which where x-rays. Melissa asked us to contact her if we had any questions or concerns in regards to the second visit at the other office. Melissa was a true professional, and did her best to help my wife be seen and taken care of. Thank you Melissa for you time and explain.

Both of them are having problems getting billing information because they always say that nobody's available. Andrea, who is the office manager? Is a complete and total liar.
