We reside 2+ hours away in Sterling Heights so I was happy we decided to make a pit-stop to this fascinating store. The store is right off of Hwy 20/Isabella; they are next to a store called the Merchandise Outlet. There is plenty of room for parking. Lots to look at! There are multiple vendors with a wide variety of items. Overall prices were reasonable. The isles were clean and well put together. I pushed my mom in her wheelchair and we fit nicely in-between the isles. There were two employees on site, they were friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely add this to my list of things to do when I am in the area.

Charge way to much to get in, even charged for the driver of a show car. Fewer vendors each year as this once great show dies slowly like a fish out of water. The entire fairgrounds used to get filled with vendors, now less than 1/2 full. I realize Midland County most likely has raised the cost to rent the grounds, but at what cost to the show quality and numbers? I had enjoyed this show for decades, back when the flea market was big, the food vendors were all over, and you had a good car show and sales lot. NOT anymore. R.I.P. MI Antique Fest

Plus, I was surprised with a free ticket to get in the next day. $10 is a deal for shopping, being outside in a beautiful park, good food and getting back to normal. I love a company that gives back to their community! Also, I bought a very cool dresser and some heavy glass and a very handsome fireman assisted me with getting it back to my vehicle. Some booths were overly crammed with items that made it dangerously impossible to even walk in. Booth owners were attending to their booths while customers were shopping which was frustrating as they moved and left items in the aisles for customers to manouver around. Can I suggest K of T have before or after shopping hours for booth owners to attend to their booths to prevent injuries and disruptions for shoppers?

They run a clean, well-organized sale with fair prices and discount deeply on the second day. They have various mailing lists to advertise their sales so that their regular customers know and come to buy. as a seller--I was surprised to find that Treasures on Townsend didn't treat me like a customer. Although I hired the firm, paid the firm, and provided the stuff to sell, I felt that the firm really considered their mailing list people and the bank trustee to be their real customers, not me. (After all, that is their return business. I only have so many family members who can die and provide goods for sale.) They set up the estate sale, did a good job advertising the sale, set the prices and sold. Their work made it easy for me. But my heart is troubled that they didn't fully understand the value of some of the pieces and sold them too cheaply. I got very little communication from them, and some resistance to my trying to explain significant pieces--until she got questions about them from potential buyers and realized my info was helpful. Your choices are limited in Midland, and as a seller, you're stuck--you need help to clear things out, and need an independent person to set a price not clouded-by-emotion. Treasures on Townsend did an ok job overall. But just realize that even though you pay the firm, you're not really the customer--then you'll be less disappointed in the experience.This

The couple that bought it were relocating from another state and needed to move in within two weeks. I was the only family member available and within distance to help her. Between being busy at work and living two hours away, I didn't know what we were going to do. A friend of my grandmothers suggested Treasures on Townsend. My grandma and I met with Bernadette and Susan. They were understanding of the situation, They were very professional, friendly, and personable. They took it from there and made the impossible possible. The new owners were able to take possession sooner than they had hoped and my grandma ended up making more money than she thought her stuff was worth. These guys saved the day. I highly recommend them.
