The picture quality was so bad that I had to go to walmart to take another set of photos. They advertised for $9.99 but ended up asking for $22.00. She explained to me passport photo is $9.99 but visa photo is $17.00 and digital copy is $5.00. I do not like to give negative review but this one is justified.
