Zero communication or consultation was given before they shaved him down to his skin, all uneven and nicked him up in multiple places including very close to his eyes. both his ears were cut and were still bleeding two days later! Never again....Pictures don't lie. Also including a picture of him prior to visit. *since I can not respond your answer is laughable. Not even an apology. He did not have any Matting on his ears either and I brushed him DAILY. Your employees didn't even attempt to brush his out. He was gorgeous AND WELL TAKEN CARE OF. Your establishment should be ashamed of yourselves for not owning up to the obvious trauma you caused my dog. Everything I've said was backed up by my VET as well. Over $1000 vet bill from stress within 48 hours of coming home. Do you think I cut my dogs ears for a review? Pathetic. Owners beware of this place. Infuriating.

My dog was sick because someone fed him food to which he's allergic, and left me that wrong food for a week. (This happened because our regular food was discontinued.) Ugh! So I needed a new bag of food, and I knew I had to go with Zignature, an expensive brand that box stores don't always carry, especially not in kangaroo as the protein (because my dog is allergic to all the usual non-pretentious proteins). Called mid-morning, hoping they had it, at least a small bag. The young man who answered knew exactly what I needed, had it in stock, had the largest (25lb) size, had the price memorized, and it was $12 under Amazon's lowest, and to beat Prime's next-day delivery, he could deliver THAT DAY (and free in my case because I was so close)!!!! Wow! Delivery came as promised, actually about an hour later. This was so helpful! I didn't have cash to tip at time of delivery so I stopped at the store on my way home at the end of my week to tip the young man. He remembered me, and was offering more help any time. I noticed a ton of great food options while in the store, including Acana, which is pricey but great quality!

Went in the back and it was the groomer of the 2 small dogs, 1she had on the table. I poked my head in the room and told her yelling sctraming at the dog isnt going to calm it down. The dog on the big bed was so upset by his buddy getting yelled at he was upset. The groomer told.me to leave amd slammed the door in my face. I asked the clerk at the check out if she heard what was going on and she said she didnt and didnt seem to care and never asked for any info. I went back waited for over 45 minutes and told the owners what happened and they were grateful. They said the tan dog is so sweet and loves everyone but doesnt like its toes touched and the groomer did tell them what i said to her.but didnt mention the yelling and cursing.​ I will try to contact the owners of the pet store as maybe this is a contractor working in their store. Anyway, it was so upsetting to me and the dogs I just had.to say something. Because if you see something and don't say something, you're just as guilty as the perpetrator.

I was able to take my dog to get a bath so we could continue on our travels. This little spa was perfect and exactly what I was looking for. They offer different shampoos, brushes, towels, and a dryer to pamper your pet. They also offered toys, treats, pet supplies, and doggy ice cream sundaes complete with toppings. I splurged and got a sundae for my dog as a good girl treat. The sundae was cool! There was also an on-site groomer and that particular day they offered walk-in nail trims. This was a cute little dog spa. I was thankful it was available in a seaside town.
