I recently went into their store to buy one item for my phone and could not get anyone to sell me the item. The manager was at the register and she just walked to the back and never came back. Another staff member entered the store, went to the back, and he never came back. One sales representative was inside helping a family, but he never bothered to go to the back of the store and mention that customers were waiting in the store for service. One man and his son finally left out of frustration. When I asked to speak to the manager, she would not come out from the back of the store. I asked to see her twice, and she refused to come speak to me, sending a message to by the staff member that she was conducting inventory. I then asked if she would just write down the name of her supervisor and his/her telephone number on a piece of paper, but I received no response. Finally, after several minutes, the staff member who was in the back returned and spoke very aggressively to me stating he did not have to give me his manager's name who was in the back and that her completing inventory took priority over customers. He told me that their store's google reviews were such that I could complain all I wanted as it didn't matter. He would not give me any information about a supervisor or store manager and told me to call customer service. He was extremely rude and could care less about customer service. The manager just hid in the back of the store.
