Sure enough Dominic and a crew showed up a short time later and went right to work! They were on the roof getting started in moments. The price was great and they were completely done within 2 hours. I cannot think of the last time I was this happy with a company. They clearly care about people and went out of their way to help me in a pinch. I would recommend them to anyone.

We hired Aloha to remove our existing roof and install a new asphalt shingle roof. We accepted the…read morebid as presented and our cost was five figures. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed with the quality of the work, communication, and follow through. Some specific areas of disappointment: More than six months passed between accepting the bid and actually starting the project. It required several phone calls to get on the schedule. Then, they did not start work when scheduled and left to go hunting in the middle of the project. They told us to expect a two day job, it took a week to complete the bulk of the work and it is still not done. We were forced to rearrange our own work schedules several times to accommodate repeated delays. Once we cut the check, they seem to have abandoned the job completely despite committing to return and finish up. They have said "tomorrow" a few times, but don't show up or call. Gutters they'd removed for the demo of the old roof were not reaffixed. They also threw away entire portions of the gutters and damaged other portions. Nails, staples, shingles and other debris are all over the yard and driveway and left clogging the gutters. The swamp cooler was removed when demoing the old roof, but was not reattached when they finished (it was left just sitting on the roof with no warning). They also cut the water line to the cooler. When demoing the old roof, they tossed the shingles off without protecting the sides of the house or sidewalks. They used wd40 to try and clean off some the tar that is now marking up the house, but that didn't do much other than add grease spots. Everyone involved in the project was nice enough throughout the process and they seem to be knowledgeable about their trade. But it feels like they have more work than they can accomplish in a professional manner and don't care about inconvenience to the customer or making the effort to get things done properly.

KJ canyon state took months to get to the leak on my roof. After numerous attempts to get them to…read morefix what they were contracted to do. I even payed them more then the job was worth to be moved up on the list. On the first attempt to fix there mistakes they removed section of tile from my roof that had no problems. They also have done a crappy job on the drip edge cutting it to where it split the corners at the bottom after I showed the roofer the proper way to cut the corners to prevent this from happening. They also had used to different peace's of metal on the back of the roof showing spaces were it should be one long peace. There was also one place around the chimney that still has a broken tile that I had pointed out every time they showed up to fix there mistakes. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I was a roofer for 25 years. We always did what ever it took to make our customers happy by doing our trade the proper way. There solution to the problem was for me to pay more money to fix there workers sloppy workman ship.

I showed him where the stain was on my ceiling and he went up on the roof. He discovered that the leak was not from the roof but rather my swamp cooler. This man could have told me anything and charged me for it but he was honest and rather than make some money he treated me with respect and honesty.
