This is the second time I have had trouble with staff not knowing scanning policies, the staff member called another staff member to ask her what to do. If you have a person on front desk they should be trained in company policies, the sign on the front of your counter tells them and yet they still charged me for the three items when the first should be free and the other 2 at ticket price, they tried to tell me the first is at ticket price and second 2 at full price, This is not good enough, it made me fell like I had done something wrong. and if i could find my other dockets I had bought 2 other packets at 2 othe times but i did not notice the price i paid because my orders were large, but i can tell you i will be checking my dockets every time from now on, If I ever go into your Alstonville store again, not happy with treatment. read more
