I believe that they have changed hands since they were last reviewed on this site, I have recently used them (having previously used them) and the service now offered is terrible. Rude, impolite and no time to answer questions. I definitely could not recommend this company now read more

I have just had really bad service from them. They fitted our boiler 3 years ago, I phoned them 2 days ago to say there was a problem with the controls, they came the next day and changed the part they thought was wrong. It still doesn't work but they now say they changed the part I asked them to and they put the phone down on me! I have spent £300 in cash and got nothing in return apart from rudeness! read more

Terrible Company due to Con-man James Clarke being the owner! Avoid at all costs. He uses cheap online parts brought second hand off the internet or ebay, then charges people over the odds. He defrauds people who do work for him by not paying there wages and telling them hes bankrupt. Beware do not use. Company not fit for purpose!!! read more
