He helped me out of my tremendous problem with far greater results than I could ever expect. He's compassionate, caring, and an amazing attorney. He will guide you through the process and absolutely fight for you with every possible means available. He is always available and answers a call or text quickly and not only answers your questions, but just helps you if you are having a worrisome day. His grandfather was my professor for 18 hours at Texas Wesleyan University, and both men are impeccable in their character. Andrew Deegan grew up in Fort Worth. His father is an attorney in Ft Worth and his grandfather was a professor at Texas Wesleyan. Andrew knows Ft Worth and the metroplex and the courts like the back of his hand. He will walk into the court with confidence and intelligence and face the district attorney using his passion, his brains and his persistence. If I could give 100 stars I would. Thank you for listening. This review is from my heart. Thank you Andrew. B.G. Fort Worth, Texas. Feb 2023

He is a hardworking, caring and passionate advocate who you can always get in contact with and will truly fight for you. We thought we were going to have to go to trial and we had full confidence we would win but due to his tenacity, he was able to get the charges dismissed and we can not thank him enough! An honest, caring attorney who will do the most to help you, don't hesitate to hire him!!

Buyer beware. Beware of the shake-down. Beware of his (Greg's) dark, narrow, beady eyes, weak chin,…read morewhen they sight in on your funds. It's all they are after. The associates in the firm, well, "birds of a feather ...." Greg got me two concurrent thirty-five-year sentences and two consecutive ten-thousand-dollar fines (despite the fines legally required run concurrently; he didn't care, and now the courts don't either) for a robbery (I drove who I thought was a buddy of mine to get some weed, and the deal went south quick). And Greg only charged me one-hundred thousand dollars (2002 dollars). A wrongful death settlement paid him, a settlement, ironically enough, his mentor settled out of court some 16 years prior (the other fifty thousand, an inheritance). I was 18, Now I'm 40. I spent my whole adult life in prison. I'd never been in trouble before. He neither investigated the facts (who robbed and shot who) nor the law (legal presumptions of guilt, jury selection (my foreman was victim to robbery), and jury charges (omitted the reasonable doubt requirement) . It's nothing but horse trading to him. And he'll do it with the least bit of compunction. Greg may be highly recommended, but it is not due to his legal prowess or wit. All his family and friends work in that courthouse, and if they don't that one, they do the one down the street in the federal courthouse. It's the hands you shake, and he shakes plenty in back room deals. May you be the next he sails down the river in exchange for another of his clients. It's a gamble, a gamble not worth the risk. The fact is, you just don't know. You don't know if you may be that next one he's willing to sail. It's how he gets what he wants. My case got swept under the rug with this one when it was sealed. I hired Alex Thornton at Vergus Somersett to represent a close family member, and the experience…read morewas deeply disappointing. Communication was inconsistent and often nonexistent--calls and messages went unanswered for long stretches, and we frequently had no idea what was happening or what the strategy was. When we did receive updates, they were vague and did not reflect the level of preparation we expected. We felt we had to chase basic information and push for action that should have been routine in a serious criminal matter. The lack of clear guidance and urgency caused our family significant stress. I'm sharing this so others know to ask very direct questions upfront about communication expectations, case strategy, and what steps will be taken immediately. Unfortunately, our confidence in the representation broke down, and we ultimately had to move on to new counsel.

I cannot say enough positive things about Ashley Feldt and the team at Varghese Summersett…read more From the very beginning, Ashley was professional, compassionate, and incredibly effective. She took the time to listen, kept me informed, and advocated for me with both skill and integrity. What felt overwhelming and life-altering to me was handled with calm confidence and care, and the outcome she achieved exceeded my expectations. Ashley's communication, diligence, and attention to detail gave me peace of mind during one of the most stressful periods of my life. I always felt respected, supported, and in capable hands. I am deeply grateful for her work and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs strong, thoughtful legal representation. Thank you, Ashley, for everything you did for me.
