I had to get labs done due to my inherited high cholesterol issues, and even the lab technician or phlebotomist that took my blood was fast and efficient meaning no poking around looking for my veins! The professionals I've seen so far here including doctors, nurses, and other medical staff have all been pleasant. I highly recommend Morgan or Dr. Solomon if you're needing a new PCP. She is very caring and immediately got me a game plan and set up with specialist. I went back to the mercy clinic this morning for blood work and got right in. I also wasn't in the waiting room very long for my Dr. apt. I'm feeling sense of relief and hopefulness that Dr.Klabzuba is leading me in the right direction. I have been going back and forth for weeks to try and get medication for Type 2 diabetes. The insurance company and pharmacy tell me that Optimum Primary Care are not submitting the proper documentation. I try to call, my wife tries to call, and my insurance company tries to call and explain the situation and what is needed, just to be hung up on by this Ashley girl therefore nothing gets done. Weeks without the medication that I need weekly and I can really feel the affects of not having it. The insurance company even says I need to find a place that cares and actually knows what they are doing. What happened to medical staff that actually cared about the welfare of the patients they were treating. Where are the medical facilities that actually take pride in what they do? I would love to find one, because Optimum Primary Care isn't it.

I…read moream one of Dr. Nelson's patients, and I can say that she absolutely allows you to do your own research and is very responsive to your insight IF you know what you're talking about AND you're not drug seeking. If you have a diagnosis that is legitimate and you have researched well, she will definitely listen to your insight. For example, I have anxiety and high blood pressure. I researched the various drugs that were available for high blood pressure and asked her if I could try a beta blocker before we tried an ace inhibitor since it is also prescribed for anxiety in some cases. Firstly, she complemented me for being informed, secondly she agreed that a beta blocker was worth trying and prescribed it even though she was initially leaning toward an ace inhibitor. A few months later, what do you know, the beta blocker wasn't doing the job and we went back to her initial plan of taking an ace inhibitor. I've also seen Dr. Legako; he's a bit stuffy, but is also very open to patients' opinions. Moreover, the nurses and front desk are all super nice and always willing to do what it takes to help you out. Another example, I was near Edmond just the other day and stopped in to see if I could get into my appointment early since I was already in town; I was in a examination room within 15 minutes. Don't write this place off. This is probably one of the best places in the OKC area to be treated.

The Mexican front desk young woman is so hateful, immature, and very sketchy. You won't get anywhere with this clinic if the front desk Mexican does not like you, she screens the calls, and if she does not like you, she will not return your calls or forward your messages to the provider. They lied about a lot of things, they won't get your referrals going. If you have a complaint, the office manager will not be there to help you. She will ignore your calls and complaints. Please, do not waste your time, stay away from this low-class, unprofessional, unethical clinic, uncaring, and sketchy clinic. This clinic is DESPICABLE.
