This dr is a joke. Went to him years back. Saw him for all of 10 seconds. Barely said 2 words to me and prescribed a medication that was worthless. He a prescription pusher looking for copayments. Went to another dermatologist who was great and helped me out. read more

If you are a fan of speaking to your doctor then you might want to find a different dermatologist. Dr. Lundquist diagnosed my infant with eczema after looking at her for less than 30 seconds. He gave me a prescription and then left the room. We had a follow up and it was the same thing....he walks in, looked at my daughter and then leaves. 30 seconds total. On the 3rd appointment, I blocked the door way and told him I had some questions. He looked taken aback but very politely answered my questions. He seems to be a very smart man but needs some better bedside manners. read more

The guy found a melanoma on my back, as soon as I took my shirt off, he said "that has to come out". His rep among his peers is outstanding, and the surgeon he had me go to was very good and pleasant as well. Yeah, he's rather quick to bounce from room to room, but he's not there to be your friend, he's there to be your doc. Would you prefer a doc who sits and bs's you all day about current events, or let you get in and out of the office so you can go on with your day? He's actually really cool once you get to know him. I have been seeing Dr. Lundquist once a month for about 7 months now (for adult acne) and I really like him. I appreciate that I don't have to wait more than just a few minutes to see him. I also realize that he's been practicing for many years, knows what he is doing, and doesn't waste time. So when he spends just a few minutes with me to check for any outbreaks & write me a new prescription - I am not upset or offended; it does not mean he is incompetent - he is efficient. My specific issue, acne, is something he has seen & treated a million times over, so I trust that he knows what he is doing regardless of the amount of time he spends with me. Whenever I have a question, he takes the time to answer it. He is always pleasant, smiling, and easy-going. I will continue to see Dr. Lundquist. Everything he has done has helped me so far. read more

Worst doctor ever. I had the same experience as everyone else - horrible communication and only saw me for about 60 seconds after misdiagnosing me and sending me home with a prescription for the wrong thing. I ended up having a very severe infection that was thankfully treated after gong to see a different dermatologist the next day. read more

I find it extremely infuriating the fact that the appointments are only about 10 seconds long. I don't think he can accurately determine anything about someones skin in that time without going over your skins history, or asking you any questions. It is also infuriating how whenever I try to call the office, it ALWAYS says its closed. I've been trying to reach him for four days to ask about a procedure he signed me up for. I even asked the operators multiple times the office hours. When they said the office is open now they transferred my call, and what do I hear? The automated voice said the office is closed. Either the office is never open, or they don't know how to work their damn phones!! read more

We've seen Dr. Lundquist a few time, now. Both times, (like other yelpers) the waiting room was crowded, it took a while to get into the actual exam room. (But that happens, and I totally get that) However, I don't understand how a doctor, who know that you've been waiting, that you have legitimate concerns and questions can devote just 2-5 minutes with you. My son had a small growth on his face. Dr. Lundquist prescribed antibiotics as an initial treatment, but at the second visit determined that it wasn't helping, the cyst was the same size. He referred us to a plastic surgeon. (Geri, in lundquist's office went out of her way to help with the referral... and there were issue with the referral. But she tried so hard to help us... so I thank her!!!!) But at the plastic surgeon's office, he asked why Dr. Lunquist didn't remove the "clogged oil duct" himself? Clogged oil duct!!!! NOT cyst! In about 10 minutes we were out of the exam room, bump free. I'm pretty sure Dr. Lundquist didn't take the time to look closely enough at the bump to determine WHAT it actually was. OR he couldn't be bothered to take the time to clean out a clogged oil duct. I can't even believe the carelessness and disregard for diligence!!! Ridiculous!!! read more

First time patient. He spent less than 5 minutes with me. Told me to buy face wash at their front desk. Gave me 2 prescriptions, an antifungal cream for foot ($500 not covered by insurance & efficacy testing was 26%) & face gel for Rosacea ($200 covered by insurance). I asked about side effects of the meds, he stated "they're both pretty safe". He zapped skin tags on my neck that hurt like hell & now I have black burnt skin tags. As he did not communicate what to expect, I assume (hope) they will eventually fall off. No communication, literally glances at the skin conditions you ask him to diagnose/treat, gives prescriptions for very expensive meds (with less than ideal efficacy rates) and tells you to come back in 3 weeks. I was in his office today with my friend who dont speak english. We got appointment 8 am its mean we supposed to be first but my suprise was the office was already full of people. We was firts time patient you expect fill up forms about your chronic disease and medication you take it ,forget it nothing like that, nobody even ask. Nurse came and call somebody else instead us. I go to front desk and say we was first, do you make appointment on the same time for more than one person. African American lady stand up and with threats in her voice " Dont start with me " I though wtf who think she is.We was call next and i want say this was some one of kind freak show ,doctor come he not even look at as give him prescription for cream tell us to make appointment Friday and left everything 20 seconds, I count . The best on his desk was prescription book already singn all of them with today date ,its mean if I was some freak i Take this book and i can anything i want on them, and every pharmacy will not even know. After all the worst doctor ,unprofessional, rude dont care about patients, dont make propet interview. Rude staff. I, too, have had the same experience as the other yelpers with Dr. L. breezing in and out in about 2 seconds. However, that works for me because none of my issues are life threatening and I can easily go on my lunch hour....with time to spare. If I did have a more serious issue that concerned me I would go to a doctor that spent more time listening to me and my problem. read more

I agree with the above statements, this Dr is not good at all, he spends about 30 seconds with you, barely even look at my skin and I already had prescription in my hands, yet the cream that I was prescribed is not covered by my blue cross blue shield ppo plan, I will not go back again, nor I'm recommending him to anybody. read more

I had moles removed from some highly visible places. Dr. Lundquist did an amazing job! I was really worried about scaring and you have to really know what you are looking for to see a scar. Some of the moles had to be dug out really deep too. He did a very clean job! He is all business kind of guy. No small talk. You are in and out of his waiting room and office very fast (5 mins int he waiting room, 1 minute in his office - I can barley get my coat off before he walks in the door). I like that because I often times have to wait for long periods of time in the waiting room and exam room when seeing other doctors. He also answers any questions you have, but you do have to be ready to fire them at him. As long as you keep asking he will stay and answer them. I love his quickness because I don't need someone to chat with and make me feel loved, I just want to get the issue addressed and get out of there! read more

The first time I went to Dr. Lundquist I was a bit put off by how fast he came into the office, removed some skin tags and was gone..... I have come to really appreciate his no-nonsense approach. I wish I can write about good experience here but I cant..Two treatments,each of them like two minutes,HPV.Each time just sprayed and only there where I should him where the warts are,he never took time to closely find them all and spray them all in one time..i have impresion that he wanted me to come more times as posible,thats all,after two appoitments I canceld third one.Only good thing is you dont wait to long and you dont stay to long read more

My husband was be seen Dr. L for mole concerns about 6 years ago I don't recall if he has a "revolving door" during appointments however I do know that that issue was addressed and outstanding treatment was given. Today I called to make an appointment for my husband regarding and small lump on his head that we are very concerned about and was given an appointment. Here's what concerns me not once was I asked WHY I'M MAKING AN APPOINTMENT to see Dr. L.! Just before our conversation ended I asked do you need to know the reason for the appointment? Her response was " NOT REALLY" his appointment is set for (date given) have a good day! WTF?!?!?! Since its been about 6 years since last appointment I when fishing for reviews to see what's up and found many concerning reviews over the last few years. I was looking forward to meeting with Dr. Lundquist for a chronic dermatitis problem. His office is conveniently located to my home and is a participant in BCBS. Like other reviewers mentioned, he breezed into the office, did not make eye contact, and asked what the problem is. He barely acknowledged my concerns and waltzed out of the office. I went with my niece and her 15 month old son to see Dr. Lundquist concerning a rash on the boy's trunk and bottom that didn't resemble diaper rash.. DR. Lundquist diagnosed the boy with eczema and instructed us on the proper treatment.. The appointment was unhurried and his manner very patient and reassuring. NEVER GO TO THIS DOCTOR!!! He is disgrace to the medical profession and dermatology. I was treated by him for the past 1.5 years, only because of HMO insurance. Every time I went there he spent maybe 2 minutes in the room, did not even look at the skin problem and wrote for some cream that didn't even work. When confronted with the failure of multiple medication treatment that he prescribed for the past 18 months and suggesting some further diagnostic testing, dr Lindquist got really angry and left the room shouting that we should go somwhere else for second opinion. I've had so many odd skin lesions, I feel I'm a dermatologist's dream. As a teen with acne I was thrilled Dr. Lundquist found something that worked (after some trial and error). I loved how the wait was short to none and it was in and out. I had some odd lesions and warts he froze/burned off and they were gone forever. He even referred me to some surgeons to remove larger moles that caused problems. I did see him for some plantar warts he attempted to freeze off. After several costly painful treatments that didn't work I told him to try something else or I'll find another doctor. He didn't and that was the last I saw him. (The other doctor I tried after Dr. Lundquist tried a radical new treatment that caused unnecessary infection, pain, and missed work days) My grandmother had unusual lesions of her face that puzzled several doctors but Dr. Lundquist found her cure. Smart? Yes. Personal? No way. Genius? Maybe. read more
