This was my first time seeing Jenn and she absolutely KILLED IT!! I have honestly never been so happy after getting my hair done. She turned me around and I literally said "omg it's perfect!!" She was so sweet, efficient, professional, and made sure she understood what I wanted - and even guided me when I wasn't totally sure. My oldest saw ours and asked if they could get one too... I checked in ahead of time to make sure it wouldn't be weird, and the shop assured me we would be good. Fast forward to this week: my son drops the I need a haircut before Saturday on the Monday before. I try to schedule an appointment with Tal, but I can't get one, so we booked with Kay. His haircut: still perfect. I book my oldest and I for Saturday afternoon. It's the only time I have, and Tal only has on slot, so I book them with Tal, and I book with Seven. My oldest walked out with the biggest smile on their face. Tal got it exactly right. My haircut was also great. This place has made two hard to get a response out of teenagers smile and ask if they can come back. It's hard to do. This place does it right every time.

Unknowingly my card continued to be charged the monthly fees even though I was told in person that it was cancelled. Also they silently increased their fees on your card too. 2 months later it went from $80 to $90. Here's what happened: I was not aware that when I asked the receptionist (Leah) to cancel my monthly subscription that I should have demanded it should have been in writing. Also when I did ask for later for it in writing I was rudely refused. I said considering the fact that my credit card continued to be charged for a subscription I thought was cancelled isn't it reasonable to give me some from of written proof? Her reply was sorry I can't. After calling the place to ask for a refund and proof of cancellation (the only proof I had was the fact that the only services used were the one within the 1 month subscription). After a lengthy unpleasant conversation I was told she could not give anything in writing of the now requested cancellation and was unwilling to give all of the unused charges passed the first month used. My boyfriend went 3 times (first visit was free, 2 other services included in the month subscription). The services don't expire ever and can roll over to the following months...we did find out why. The services were forced to be used the following month due to their limited availability and last minute cancellations on their part. I am currently going through my credit card company to get a fair resolution. I was not able to speak to the manager but this Leah employee was unprofessional and rude.
