It was perfect. As we drove back to the office we were so happy to have finally found our home. She stayed late into the evening filling out the paperwork. Gave us a wonderful deal and within our price range and we signed that night. She has worked with our friends selling their home, so we knew she was a fair realtor we could trust. When returned phone call, a woman answered and was extremely rude and really unprofessional!! Note to this place if ever the place; if ever check yelp, which you should: you must for work harder to improve your lack of phone etiquettes and show basic respect to others. I had to ask her name and if it was the correct company. Once I established I had the correct company I needed to leave a message for her co worker. She took my number but not my name or the reason for my call. This is the second time I have spoken to this Jill person, and she is constantly lacking in any phone etiquette or even basic manners. Not sure why she has a job at all! I would never hire her. She shirks her responsibility and I am fairly sure her realtionship with honesty or integrity is seriously compromised. Check every detail on any listing from her and get a second opinion, that is if you are unlucky enough to hire her. I wouldn't bother risking it. She failed to pass along my message to her co worker, who I was able to contact a few days later via other means, so we could disscuss how unhappy I am with their business practice, but thats another review!

Our sale involved complicated paperwork due to probate issues, missed signatures, and one of the owners being deceased. The heirs were scattered, with one living in another country, and me living several hours away. She connected us with local resources and personally took care of things that were well outside the typical scope of a realtor. We lost our previous house in the Paradise Camp Fire. We searched online and found a couple of…read morepossibilities we liked and clicked on the "have an agent contact me" button. That agent was Aaron Rodrigues. Aaron arranged for a viewing and we drove to the address of a home in Red Bluff. We were actually a couple of minutes early but Aaron was there waiting for us. We went inside and he was immensely helpful, telling us about the area, both the positives and negatives. He did the same in regards to features of the house. His honesty and integrity was impressive. We returned home and discussed things and the next day contacted Aaron to help us make an offer on the house. He made suggestions for offer price what we should and shouldn't ask for and then prepared and submitted the offer for us. Aaron arranged for all the inspections and met each of the inspectors at the property for us. The negotiations with the sell then commenced. Counter offers, counter-counter offers over and over went back and forth and Aaron was on top of the process all the way. At last Aaron was able to let us know that we had purchased a new home! He met us at the house for the final walk through, led us to the title company, then when all the paperwork was complete, handed us the keys to our new house! He was a consummate professional throughout the entire process. Awesome job Aaron! I would definitely recommend Aaron Rodrigues to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate.
