It was perfect. As we drove back to the office we were so happy to have finally found our home. She stayed late into the evening filling out the paperwork. Gave us a wonderful deal and within our price range and we signed that night. She has worked with our friends selling their home, so we knew she was a fair realtor we could trust. We have now lived here for more than 4 years and we just love it. Now we have another friend that wants to find their new home and Cathy Lakey will be their first call. Thank you Cathy Lakey. Allison was absolutely wonderful to work with!…read more Despite the challenges of selling a low-value, as-is, cash-only property, she treated us with respect and dedication every step of the way, and she went above and beyond to help us. Our sale involved complicated paperwork due to probate issues, missed signatures, and one of the owners being deceased. The heirs were scattered, with one living in another country, and me living several hours away. She connected us with local resources and personally took care of things that were well outside the typical scope of a realtor. She checked on the yard, turned the water on, helped to get a lock cut, negotiated septic repairs, and more. Allison guided us through every step with care and professionalism. I'm so grateful for her help and support!
