On your way into Healesville, Coldstream Dairy is on your left side of the road. Unassuming but in plain view. When you go inside be ready to meet two of the coolest ladies around. Taste some of the cheeses they make and be prepared to leave with a few kilos of fresh made cheese. I tried 6 of the cheeses and left with 1.5 kilos of cheese. A week later and I'm still enjoying the cheese, savoring every byte. One of my favorites is the fresh Pecorino cheese. Instead of the hard cheese you normal get in an aged Pecorino, the fresh cheese is creamy, buttery and very delicious.
