From what I gather on my own, they offer a small to moderate amount of wines from the area. Those available to taste are written on the daily board. Despite selling reds and blends, none of these were offered to sample before purchase. Not really a meal place. Menu consisted of a $32 cheese platter of 4 small wedges (2-3 bites) of cheese and a small container of chutney. If you wanted meats or crackers to eat these on, theze are purchased separatly. Small shop items available to browse, mostly sauces and marmalades. Nobody seemed to care I was there or that I left. Was not worth the drive for what they offer, nor the service they don't offer.

The shop is often quite busy and runs on a number service system - make sure to grab a card from the counter or you'll be waiting a while. My Mum loves this place and is always popping in to get herself a treat for an afternoon snack or dessert platter. It is a great place to go to get some good nibblies for a party or special event. The staff are happy to put together a package for you without making you spend a fortune. Give them a try.

Not the cheapest in the market cheese wise but certainly the best quality pate.

Located at the front of the Prince Wine store this is a match made in foodie heaven. The lovely ladies here have an impressive knowledge of all things cheese. And things to accompany all the cheese you have just purchased. Such as crackers, olives, pickled stuff. I'm always super cheeses impressed when someone can sell me a blue cheese based on my limited knowledge of what another prefers. With minimal assistance and some vague words the ladies pulled out a suitably blue cheesey cheese to suit the recipient and the bottle of wine for that evening. Once you've spoken to Olivia or her staff you understand and appreciate their love of cheese. Each piece is cut using and appropriate tool. Think wire, knives, guillotine. If you are unsure of your own cheese infused desired the ladies here will serve you up teeny tiny tastes and guide you through each individual cheese.

A while ago I heard about a cheese shop which was located in the industrial area of Thomastown but…read moredidn't know what the name was and didn't know where it was.......until recently at one of the stalls at the salami festa I tasted the most delicious skewer of Buffalo boconcini, cherry tomatoes and basil, drizzled with Italian olive oil and balsamic. I picked up a brochure and discovered it was "That's Amore" located in Thomastown! That's the place! They don't just sell cheese here either. If you love beautiful Italian cheese - imagine fresh tubs of ricotta & tasty pecorino, delicious ricotta canoli to have with coffee, or fancy mouth watering porchetta in a crispy bread roll, like those you may have tasted in a Perugian town in Italy, then you should definitely visit That's Amore.
