I just called this establishment to ask if they made plant-based ice cream cakes. The girl who answered spoke so fast I couldn't understand her name. Her reply was "no." Click. No goodbye, nothing. Just hung up on me. How rude. read more

I used to enjoy Cold Stone years ago. However, things have changed. The ice cream melts very quickly. The service is indifferent. Most importantly, the prices are steep for what you get. The store is tiny and there is no where to sit outdoors to enjoy your expensive cone. The cakes are tasty and this location also offers candies and caramel apples. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Cake batter and chocolate side by side - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Crown Point, Indiana

I just recently tried Cold Stone for the first time and realized I have been missing out all these years! Coffee ice cream with oreo, caramel, heath is the absolute best! Prices are steep, but what isn't these days??? read more

This place does not disappoint! Absolutely love the ice cream here as it's absolutely delicious. I love how many topping options they provide. The people that work here are also very friendly and work quickly. Would highly recommend read more

Everytime I patronize this establishment the customer service sucks. I've notices on several occasions the employees won't greet black people and will walk right pass. Whomever the owner is should make sure their employees treat all their customers with the same kind of respect. You will start to loose customers. I will spend my money where I'm respected!! Thanks to the one biracial young lady that waited on me and was so sweet. I did mention to her how my experience there everytime is not good. She apologized but she isn't the problem. read more

I recently visited Cold Stone Creamery, and unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The employee who assisted me, Brooke, was extremely rude. When I asked a simple question about the flavor options, she barely responded and seemed irritated. As I was trying to decide, she made no effort to engage or offer any suggestions, just hurried me along as if I was inconveniencing her. When I made my order, she didn't even acknowledge me with a smile or any kind of customer service. It felt like I was a bother rather than a valued customer. I've had great experiences at Cold Stone in the past, but this visit was completely soured by her attitude. I hope management addresses this issue so others don't have to deal with such poor service. She kinda smelled too. I think she is a worker or manager here, she was rude to me, but overall the experience was pretty good read more

Product was great tasting. Server was way too slow. Would've gave a 5 star rating but Took him way too long. I was only one in store and for a smoothie and a creation, took him 10 mins !!!!! read more

I enjoyed the ice cream here. It was my very first time and I haven't tasted ice cream better! It was a very nice neat place, and the bathrooms were clean with good smells. The only problem I had with Cold Stone is, their workers could be a little less awkward.. Maybe they could suggest a ice cream since they work there instead of looking around weirdly. It was a fine place overall. read more

Ice cream was not cold enough and was melting and then the piece of cookie dough was 1 huge chunk and not broken at all.

Usually come for a birthday cake And I definitely recommend the red velvet cake with cake batter ice cream!

My favorite place for ice cream! Not only is it the best ice cream EVER, but they always have the nicest employees here! I've never had a bad experience, only the best! Cold Stone - Y'all should give your workers a raise. All of em, seriously, and I will tell you why. It is so, so rare to find happy, kind, and thorough employees in a store, literally every single time you go there. And, without fail, I've never had someone so happy to make me ice cream, then when I come here :) read more

I love Cold Stone's ice cream and their fabulous creations. Not so much their prices (usually spend around $5 per person), but I can make the case every so often. This is the location closest to where I live. Every time I go there, it's always a few high school-aged girls working there. And they're always so cheerful and helpful! I give the employees kudos...Last time I went in was on the 4th of July, around 6PM. I used to work a job that had me working on holidays, and I know I did not enjoy it! I know these girls probably wanted to go home and party/barbeque with their loved ones and friends like everyone else, but they were stuck working. But, hey, they did not show at all that they did not want to be there. Still, ever so cheerful, offering samples of flavors, appearing to have a good time. Good job Crown Point Cold Stone staff! I can't reiterate enough, the ice cream and mix-ins are delicious. Anything with pieces of Brownie or Brithday Cake ice cream is my friend for life! read more

Savannah and Emily (I think), did a great job! It was not busy when I went in and they were quick to get to work on our order. Great job kids! read more

The workers here are the backbone of the establishment! Specifically Kristian M. and Daniel S. I love the carmel apples.

There are some really great pluses to franchised food. This is one prime example....from Chicago to NWI...to...haven't been there yet, I can expect that when I walk into a Cold Stone Creamery and order a strawberry blonde, it will be just as delicious as the first dozen times I've ordered it. The only downside to this location is that it doesn't offer enough room inside and doesn't have a bunch of outside seating. The ice cream is a bit pricey, but once you take that first spoonful, your mind is grappled into a sugar coma. Mmmmm.... read more

Service is great, I've been getting all my birthday cakes from here for about 3 years. I found a piece of paper in the cake batter confetti cake I bought today! I cut into the first slice and I noticed a piece of paper inside my cake with writing on it. Really disappointed. read more

I went to cold stone yesterday and the costumer service was awesome! The two girls who are twins were very nice and helped me pick out an ice cream! I think there names were avery and bella. But they were patient with me, and told me all the flavors and recommended one for me! I tried to cake batter one and it was delicious! Avery and Bella were awesome, kind and very helpful! read more

We tried the frozen yogurt place across the street next to Stracks, and will never be back to that mess. Hands down if your looking for a frozen treat this is the place to come! Clean, great options, and you don't feel link your in a 3rd world country where their are is no health department or food handling guidelines. We found Cold Stone after walking into the yogurt place across the street and found it to be so disgusting their was no way I would ever eat their again...I plan on calling the health department. read more

I do not get the hype. Three stars are for very good vanilla sweet cream ice cream. But I have never had a pleasant service experience. You go in and spend over 14 dollars for two ice cream cones. Would it kill the workers to smile or say hello? And if you ask a question or ask for a sample, you get a serious rolling of the eyes. They seem truly unhappy to be waiting in you. I was in Anaheim a few weeks ago and the Cold stone on Harbor is a happy place. I got great service. Wow, train these kids to be nice!!! please. read more

First time here, it was crowded and a long line but it moved super fast and now we know why it was packed. This place has amazing ice cream. Worth the money and we will be returning. I loved how clean and organized the place was as well. We will be returning often :) read more
