Cold Stone Creamery - Fathers Day Cake - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Cape Coral, Florida

They do not wear hair masks and personally I find it unsanitary... Ice cream is okay but I don't want to think about hair in it. The customer service and not welcoming what so ever, not one person smiled once while inside. read more

Ordered my cake a day prior and we got there and Connor helped us out.. had ZERO customer service skills couldn't even look you in the eye with his earbuds in his ears the whole time mumbling while he's talking. Had to wait about 10 mins and said " i have to write on the cake " I asked him to repeat what he said because of the MUMBLING. Ordered purple icing and got pink but that's not what i'm concerned about .. WHAT THE F IS THIS WRITING ?? I didn't want to ask for a manager because whatever he's just a kid but CMON It is supposed to say ROSEANN.. ALSO, when i called to order the cake i said there was a peanut allergy so please no peanuts and they said " oh if there's an allergy we can't make a cake for you " I was like .. i mean it's fine if there's a cross contamination risk but i'm just saying like please be weary about peanuts and he also sounded like he hated his job too SO I MEAN?? two different employees that are just ?? idk you'll get better service at a mom and pop ice cream place read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Please .. conner .. what is this ?? - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Cape Coral, Florida

I don't like to give negative reviews, but I was so disappointed. I ordered my sons birthday cake because he loves ice cream cake and when I went to pick it up, it had nothing on it no flowers nothing just plain white and I specifically ordered a birthday cake for him. The inside of the cake did not have the layers that I asked for they let you pick out a different toppings for the layers, and there was no chocolate fudge at all or cookie crunch. The ice cream was good though just would not order another birthday cake there. read more

Service was excellent here, and the ice cream was outstanding!! Loved it, definitely coming back here!

Most excellent premium ice cream blended with toppings your way on a cold stone slab, then placed in a cone or cup. My chocolate peanut butter had a scoop of peanut butter and a peanut butter cup chopped up and mixed with chocolate Ice cream. The green waffle cone (St Patrick's Day?) was a bit soggy with no crunch but that didn't stop me from devouring it! read more

Had delivered custom quart = delicious Delivery was pleasant ice cream was I definite do over which is why I'm here now read more

Haven't been here in a long time but last night we had great service, everyone friendly, staff wearing masks and gloves. We both liked the taste and pretty good quantity. I got the like it size in a cup and it was plenty. We were glad they were open late because we were craving ice cream after dinner and it was sometime after 9pm. They also have ice cream cakes pre made for birthdays or special occasions and ice cream sandwiches in their freezer in the front door so you can pick. For those who never been, they use a cold stone and mix in whatever toppings you choose right in front of you. There is many options for customization. read more

I usually like to come here to enjoy a nice refreshing ice cream but today I noticed the man whom seemed to be in charge had an aggressive attitude towards his employees. A young woman was making my ice cream (she was doing just fine) and he was over the top grabbing her to fix it aggressively. Cold stone...do better. Treat your employees well. read more

Excellent service from a new employee Julia . She was very pleasant while the place was super busy !!!!

The ice cream here is delicious. I love going there it's one of my favorite spots. The lines get super long always, so you have to plan for that as they are not speedy and in no rush. read more

I thought this was pretty good! I got a mango pineapple smoothie. The gf got the sweet cream. Everything was great except I think it's weird the employees have to sing after getting a tip. I'm sure every single employee would appreciate if corporate got rid of that. Also I look forward to the virus being over so we can have samples again! read more

Worst SERVICE I ever had and the owner (I assume) made it bcause she scolleded the young guy for making the ice cream for the guy ahead of me because it actually looked like the picture. Unlike mine it had all the ingredients and more than 3oz of ice cream that I had to pay SIX freaking dollars for $6.00 ! Anyways I even politely said I wish I had the guy employee make mine and she just mumbled some sarcastic remark. You people be the judge.... see if you can figure out the proper one and the one she made me and I hadn't even touched it or taken it off the counter when the picture was taken. PS the bottom half of the cup was empty space and a whole reases cup still in tact to Gnaw through.... Skip Santabarbara cold stone and if ya HAVE to get icecream don't let the woman with black hair and pony tail make it you'll be disappointed for $6.00 ! read more

This place is seriously a joke, young kid didn't know how to make my ice cream(kept turning around to read the sign.. like dude it's 3 ingredients), and literally put his finger in my ice cream. Then he tried charging me the larger size. I walked out without ice cream. Just trust the reviews and go somewhere else. read more

I mean it's ice cream and it's good, nothing special. Just a good old stone cold creamery.

Friends of ours gave us gift cards to cold stone, so I decided to take the missus and the kids. I remember a time when someone would utter the name "Cold Stone" and I would think "best place to go for ice cream!" Granted I hadn't been here in years, but something was different about this visit. The service was swift and the young lady behind the counter was attentive. The interior seemed clean. Once we went outside to sit at a table, I stepped in someone's ice cream drippings. Not a big deal. That could happen anywhere. But what was disappointing the most was the cookie dough ice cream. It's my favorite flavor and yet something about it was way off. I never leave left over ice cream but today I did. I also cannot recall a time when I didn't have a five star experience at Cold Stone until today. The rest of my family enjoyed their ice creams. read more

Preeti is the most AMAZING person!! She loves to make ice cream flavors and she loves to make people happy! I've been craving the cinnamon bun batter for over a year but it's not out this time of year. She took the initiative to make it for me. I've asked Cold Stone's all over the country for this flavor when I travel and Preeti made it happen read more

The gentleman who waited on us and our children were friendly, attentive and entertaining. Our second time here and we are happy with the service, cleanliness and quality of our food. read more

Service at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get the guy who loves tossing the ice cream way up in the air and has a good time and sometimes you get the girl who can't stand her job. That is the reason for the 3 stars. Inconsistency in service. But the ice cream is great. Update: I am reducing the three stars to two stars based on another visit to this particular cold stone. I arrived at about 20 till 10 and waited for someone to help me for a while when the gentleman finally got to me I asked if I can have a shake and he informed me that a half an hour before they close they don't make shakes anymore. So I had him make my ice cream as a wrote my wife and asked if she wanted anything else she said no no that's fine but, I feel like business is open they should be open doing what they do until they close they can clean after there closed. But the icing on the cake is that when he gave me my change back he said I'm short is that OK. Get with the guys. Management should care just a bit. Another update: reducing two to one... ok I am hoping ANYONE at this location sees this... I have again gone to this location and again made to feel like an inconvenience. I arrived at 9:27 on a Tuesday evening and the open sign was off, (it says they close at ten) a guy cleaning the dining area rolled his eyes at me and said something to the girl behind the counter before I even walked in. The two then talked about closing early so the guy could get to some stores before they close. As soon as the girl rang me up she left the building and went out to some guys in the middle of the parking lot. They closed at 9:38. Management or corporate (if it is corporate) needs to set some standards and enforce some rules. read more

Tables, chairs, and floor sticky to the touch, we sat outside at Jason's Deli. Bathroom not very clean, kids working the counter were talking about how bad the job is. My wife loves Cold Stone and I'm sure she will be back, but please clean everything real good so when I have to suffer, I can do it without being grossed out. read more

I saw a fly land on my ice cream in the cooler , saw a cockroach in the bathroom and Management was very disrespectful to employees and customers. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. read more

I haven't been to cold stone in a long time but we were in the area and wanting ice cream so we stopped at this location. The sweet cream ice cream was just as delicious as I remembered! The girl working behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Everything seemed very clean. read more

So I was wondering about the 3 stars. Yea it's the service. Today is Saturday at 158pm and the store is empty. The girl has an attitude and she has no customer service skills. I won't be paying 6$ for ice cream here anymore. Stay away Cold Stone lovers. I will NOT be coming here again! read more

Ordered pick up through DoorDash. When I got there 15 minutes after the pickup time they hadn't even started my order yet. Waited for another 20 minutes with people who had gotten there before me and were also waiting on orders that weren't being made yet. Ice cream was amazing but when considering the price and the wait it wasn't even close to worth it. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants to get it and be home within the hour. read more

Place needs to be updated with new chairs and tables. Floor needs to be moped my often. Ice cream is good but $$$. Service was ok

As others have said filth everywhere, odor permiates the entire store which would explain why the store was empty on a Saturday afternoon 5pm, owners husband and wife (both equally rude) serving the scimpy portions. My $5 ice cream consisted of exactly one (small) scoop of ice cream alongside a tattered runt of a funnel cake. Should have just gone to publix could have gotten a premium 1/2 gal. for the same price. Never going back to that location anyway. read more
