We thought we'd picked up a dependable car, a 2013 Nissan Altima. We found out afterwards it needed quite a bit of work, including a catalytic converter. We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. Passion Auto was our next choice and the quotes for the various services were spot on with what my research showed they should be. They also identified an issue the first shop missed, a shredded serpentine belt. Passion Auto was very understanding of our situation and did good work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

Once I turned on my car again to use it started shaking a lot I was concerned because I just got it fixed. So I took it back to this auto repair because they had fixed it to begin with. Once they checked it they said the water pump is leaking. I asked them why didn't they tell me it was leaking before they fixed my gas blank they told me nothing was wrong with it before but now it is. How?? I only drove it less than 10miles! They wanted to charge me another 1k ! How do they fix a leak and give back the car with a brand new leak? I told them if they can please see if we can work something out because it was strange that all of a sudden it has a new problem. They said they'd get back to me. He then tried to bait and switch on the payment after offering $250. The tow truck driver "only has a check." Recycling companies are notorious for paying with check that bounce. All they need as the title signed and they got all the leverage. He said "just take picture of my truck" which I could not find the company on google maps. The guy acts like he is leaving then bust out $225 cash and said that's all he can I offer. I say no the offer is $250. He then pretends to leave again and then comes back with an offer of $225 plus $25 check but at this rate all trust is gone. Every one of these companies use the same shady tactics. Edit: updated with google review response. My phone records all calls and gives a transcript of the conversation as well. I told you how companies like peddle offer checks and they end up bouncing and you said that's fine cause we pay cash. Look at the sass and disrespect in his response. This looks like a dishonest man caught in a lie to me. This is the man y'all are doing business with. I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

My 2018 Ram 1500 truck had a rough ride since I'd purchased it a few months before, to the point…read morethat driving over speed bumps was painful. Though the mileage was low, I'd guessed the previous owner had frequently towed a trailer and used the truck for heavy loads. (I do most of the work on my vehicles, but I didn't want to do shocks in the driveway.) I set up a 9 AM appointment to have the suspension checked. It took about half an hour to have the problem confirmed; The right rear shock was blown out, but the front suspension was fine. Matt and Zach were able to get new heavy-duty shocks and coil springs ordered in and placed on the vehicle in just a few hours. They didn't try to upsell me services the truck didn't need. The price was reasonable and the truck was ready to be picked up by 1 PM. It's now driving like right off the lot. Thank you, Matt and Zach.

The front tire on the passenger side of my CA rental car had very low air. Unfortunately, there was a screw in the tire. I came to this Pep Boys on Sahara Ave. It was early evening so they couldn't fix the tire for me that day. They seem to have lost their long length tire inflator. The nice gentleman by the name of Jon directed me to Bronco Tires so I can get some air in the tire. Thank you so much sir! I called them back to make an appointment to have the tire fixed. Griffe was helpful in scheduling a next day appointment at 10:00 AM. Thank you sir! This Pep Boys was very clean and organized. It has good space inside, several counters, a waiting area with TV, and one all gender restroom. Lots of parking. The wait time was not long at all. I probably was here no more than 30-45 mins. I was back on the road in a jiffy. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Service was good.
