Men, if you care about the women in your life then keep them away from this place. They ordered a…read morein house diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound on my wife. Receiving timely results of these exams can be critical to the life of the patient. My wife was told she could expect the results in 2-3 business days. On the third business day my wife began calling the office asking for the results. On day 14 of still waiting for these results the doctor sent word via the receptionist that they had a full 30 days before they were required to provide those results to the patient. Shocking attitude by a medical doctor. I am so thankful for Keller Imaging who did a mammogram and ultrasound and most importantly provided the results the same day!! Unfortunately you have to be your own advocate, educate yourself on standard of care , and the records you are entitled to. There is so much more I could discuss, such as the initial refusal to release medical records 12 days in. Use this place at your own risk! It is deserving of a negative 5 star rating.

If you have zero questions or anxiety during your pregnancy, and are cool with going up to 42 weeks before delivery, then by all means use her. I've never felt more gaslit by a medical doctor. She was very rude and would roll her eyes at me when I asked questions. I begged to be induced at 39/40 weeks because my sister was in Texas and had just had a baby with severe medical issues. I really was anxious about this and wanted my parents to be there. She refused and said "don't you care more about your own baby than your sisters?" Lo and behold, I ended up giving birth to my son the exact day that my niece passed away. After finding this out she refused to see me at my 6 week checkup. If you are at the Helton Dr OBGYN and you want a doctor who actually listens and respects their patients, use Dr. Zackey. I used him for my second pregnancy and it was night and day different.
