I was referred to shasta orthopedics & they would not let me even be seen or even have a consultation unless I filled out their huge very invasive extensive paperwork ..I told them I cannot write so much with all of my injuries, but they dont care ..because it is all about them ...they were rude and bossy and so unconcerned about my pain and condition and did not offer to help fill out the paperwork at all ...also I tried to contact a doctor on the weekend, and no one was available ,,the recording said press # 1 to speak to a doctor but that number never rang ..so I can see that I would not get any follow up care & their after hours doctors are non-existent plus these doctors are getting so bold and demanding, they expect us to give them a synopsis of our entire life, asking us very inappropriate invasive questions that have nothing to do with why i went to them in the first place .. I am so sick of the way the medical industry is these days ...they have traded the Highly revered Hippocratic Oath for a selfish hypocritical oath of greed and power taking care of themselves , padding their own already thick wallets & they truly do not care about us at all...then they were sending me more mail when I told them i had no interest in playing their selfish uncaring inconsiderate games ..I would not recommend this place to anyone , & the other reviews i have read are the same ,,, so Shame on you ! Some massage therapist who popped out realizing I was waiting to be checked in was slightly hostile as to who I was and what I was doing there. Also, don't take appointments at 3:00 if you're still having lunch and aren't ready to take the client at the time they're scheduled for. My time is valuable to me and I'm not waiting around for chiropractors who are late to their clients appointments. Don't think I'll be coming back sadly.

Back then, the environment felt welcoming, humble, and diverse, and the staff made patients feel comfortable and respected. Unfortunately, the atmosphere has changed a lot over the years. The office no longer feels warm or inclusive to me, and I personally felt uncomfortable during my recent visits. The staff, including the office manager Meagan, did not come across as friendly or approachable. I understand every office evolves, but this place just doesn't feel the same anymore. He lost 13 lbs in a week. So my rating is because his cancer Dr. recommended his primary Dr. at least make his seizure medicine liquid. We didnt want seizures in the mix of everything else this poor guy is having to go through. They refused the liquid cause he has never had it before, well he has always been able to swallow too.
