He in fact may be an excellent lawyer. Here is my angst regarding Mr. Weseman: he volunteered his legal services through the Legal Access Plan. As an employee with this benefit, I was connected to Mr. Weseman. My former attorney (whom I worked with for a number of years) retired, hence my need for current legal council. Mr. Weseman did not provide a reason for declining my case, other than that he could not provide his services. Why did he sign on to work with the Legal Access? I feel that I wasted my time and am disappointed with my transaction with Mark Weseman. My only advice as a customer: get off the network if you don't want to work with client's referred to you through said network!!
