And while they staff was very friendly and took care of me in a timely manner, they screwed in the prep work and the IRS caught it. And to add insult they also charged me $189 for their service. These people DO NOT know what they are doing. If you're looking for a "cheap" tax prep go elsewhere.

Don has taken care of me the past three years and seems to be the perfect mix of personable and professional. This year my appointment took about 15 minutes. I had seen other tax preparers here in years past, but prefer to stick with Don. Several years ago, there was a slight issue with my locals going to the wrong municipality. That really wasn't too big of a deal. Rates here will definitely be more reasonable than Jackson Hewitt or H & R.
