I have attempted to get in touch with someone at this facility to make a formal report, without success, go figure. In the emergency room, instead of following Stormont Vail's stated values, a physician told our family that we could "take our loved one elsewhere" if we didn't like something, rather than taking the time to answer questions, address concerns, or actively listen. That response alone speaks volumes. This facility has taken a noticeable dive and is not the Stormont it once was. When families are scared and advocating for their loved ones, dismissiveness is unacceptable. If you're given the same advice, take it. We recommend taking your loved ones to University of Kansas - St. Francis Campus, where care and communication would be markedly better. I could go on and on about this experience. When I have more time, I plan to return to this and share additional details. Until then swerve this place entirely.

He ordered a reuben which he called outstanding. I ordered a cheese burger Medium and it was a real surprise. The only thing that kept me from ordering another was this one was filling on its own. The Grill staff where friendly, kept the place spotless and ok, don't laugh, I want to go back there for a lunch. What a surprise!!!

They informed me that's all they do for migraines and sent me home telling me it takes a while to work. I spent the night at home laying in bed crying because it didn't help at all. I am from out of town, here because of the death of a relative. During my stay, I developed a sharp…read morepain in my back. After trying to stave it off, I relented and went to the emergency room. I was seen quickly. The RN Dafne was superb, taking care of me right away, checking in often. The nurse practitioner Chris was so caring, diagnosed me immediately and confirmed the diagnosis with one additional test. I was given a prescription and sent home. This took less than 2 hours. I was nervous at first, but the care was awesome. Thank goodness Lebette Health has come to town and taken over the spot left empty when Mercy Hospital closed in 2015. Well done!!
