The hut is super cute and the food and drinks came out very fast. I would give three and a half stars because the London fog was good as well as the iced vanilla latte; which is on the sweeter side. On the other hand I was a little disappointed on the breakfast burrito. Half of it was cold and there was not cheese in it. It's a pretty basic burrito nothing to fancy if that's what you're looking for. They are generous in salsa as they give you two servings in each burrito container. read more

Bottom line: I'd return here for the iced lattes but only when no one else is in the drive-thru or I had time to wait a bit. This is not your place for regular drip coffee. Service was friendly enough but could be better. Good prices is a positive. We stopped here to experience the tiny drive-thru culture in Alaska. It's a cute, tiny drive-thru with fairly quick service considering there's two windows for ordering, one on each side of the building, and only room inside for two workers. I got the BEST iced latte I've ever had. The espresso is dark, rich, chocolaty and minimally bitter. They have LOADS of syrup flavors and dairy alternatives. But another person in my car got a weak cup of drip coffee that was lukewarm, at best. The barista could have been friendlier, warming up somewhat only after we tipped her when we got the drinks. read more

Many different options available for both hot and cold drinks which I love! They also have some sandwiches and snacks to choose from. Only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was the Butterfinger coffee drink didn't have an abundance of flavor, but was still good read more

This is another decent drive through coffee joint. We had some decent lattes here for a fair price. Alaska is all about the drive through coffee and this isn't a bad choice. read more

Drive-thru coffee is slow here! Just reached in to Town of Soldotna and gettin some hot coffee before walk in historic Old Kenai. PS located between O'Reillys and Freddy's. Turn left off Sterling when westbound. The coffee was tepid and very weak. Icky... The Capp was quite hot and tasty. Poor QC read more

Super fast and friendly baristas! My coffee was perfect! I have a complicated order and they got it right the first time. They have Almond milk and Natural coconut syrup, most places look at me sideways when I ask for those items. Will definitely be back. Good job ladies! There was a line about 10 cars deep counting both sides of drive-thru and they sped through like pros! read more

If I'm ever needing a pick me up I go here because the customer service is so amazing I feel like they're family. I've been coming back daily for years now. When they're busy and I'm in line they often have my order already made. Favorite coffee stand in all of Alaska. read more

Super upset with this coffee shop. Went there less than an hour ago and got a coffee and 4 shots of espresso. The little girls working there were so rude and dismissive. My Fiancee asked for soy milk (allergic to dairy) and they put milk in it even though they read the order back to us. Hope the owner fixes the employees attitudes and teaches them that when someone asks for a non dairy substitute that it is normally for a good reason. He is super sick now. So thanks for that. read more

I've been an employee here for just shy of 5 years. I've got nothing but positive things to say about this place! I absolutely love my job and the people I work for. As employees we are treated wonderfully and our hard work never goes unnoticed. Coffee express has always been my shop of choice, even before employment. If you want an amazing cup of coffee or whatever your drink of choice may be, i suggest you swing by any of our three locations and try us out! read more
