Botched chimney flashing repair…read more I hired Monroy to replace my chimney flashing that was leaking inside the house and causing water damage to the wall in an upstairs bedroom and my living room below. The job also included caulking the J-channel that ran up and down the entire chimney. Jeff charged $2950 for the job and had a man named Carlos come do the work. Carlos missed caulking a section of the J-channel which is leaking into the house now. After another day of rain the original flashing leak is still leaking so I consider this a complete failure. I had already had the inside wall tore open so I can clearly see the leaks. Jeff has stopped returning my calls and texts so he has no intention of making this right. If they don't get it right the first time you're screwed.

I tried to repair it but was unsuccessful with the replacement "guts " I purchased. So my wife had to call a plumber!! The two gentlemen showed up on time as promised( isn't that rare nowadays) After trying to fix my toilet they surmised that my new guts were faulty! They were very respectful and even had the part in their truck!! AMAZING! In no time at all the toilet was fixed, no more turning off the water supply after use! Wonderful! Price was good to reasonable and they even took the time to look at my spa tub and find a leak!! I do hope they have the time again soon to come back out to my home in Burgettstown and further diagnose and repair this jetted tub? If I could lift it it would be a great paper weight right now! Thank you kind plumbers for coming to my home promptly when promised and solving my toilet issue! Your boss or bosses are very lucky to have you gentlemen as employees. You 2 are truly an asset to your company! ( Oh by the way your rates and service were outstanding)! I can now get up in middle of night for the bathroom and not have to wait for the tank to fill after flushing

There…read morewas no place in my review where I stated that I expected you to "drop everything" or to "risk everything" in order to complete the job. In fact, in my review I stated that all I asked for was the curtesy to let me know you'd decided you were no longer interested in the job. I left a voicemail, asking if you'd decided not to do it. It would not have required you to drop anything to take less than 30 seconds to reply to the text I had sent with the photos and say you were no longer interested. That would have demonstrated a level of professionalism and common courtesy that should be a cornerstone of your business. Instead, you decide to respond to this review three years later with a passive-aggressive reply that only serves to make you look incredibly unprofessional. No part of my review was unreasonable, and the resolution that I said I hoped for was completely fair. Sending a text message would not have endangered your life or your health, but it would have gone a long way to showing that you're a decent person who cares about doing right by people, even when you aren't going to take the job.
