I rescheduled twice. It's been very overwhelming since my father passed away. I'm not an owner. I'm a renter, but this is my parents house and I will literally not have anyone speak to me the way I was spoken to due to the fact that my father passed away rescheduling twice is not a cardinal sin and then if you didn't want to do it, you shouldn't of agreed to come back. These are very young people and they should learn how to treat people accordingly if you're going to run your own business but buyer beware this can happen to you and there are plenty of other places and I was skeptical anyway because they're not a Pressure Washing company they just have a Pressure Washing Device as a former business owner and a masters in business it's very poor taste to treat people this way, especially when they're going through something, but I will make sure that everyone knows the way you treat your customers.
