Price was fair. After we picked a date for him to start, he pushed it back a few days due to another job taking a bit longer. The first two days of the job we had no problem with as everything seemed to be going well. We didn't hear from him for a few days and there was no progress on our house (kitchen, dining room, and living room). He finally contacted my husband and said he's also working on a commercial property where his hours are limited to access the property. Our house was finally "finished" two weeks after he started. However, paint was all over the sockets, the socket covers were not put back on, he didn't paint the inside of a window, paint was on some of or blinds, broke the top part of some blinds, blinds were not put back up, he broke a clock, left paint dried on the counter and floors, our counters and floors were filthy, and didn't finish replacing our window sills with wood like we asked. The texture is great, no complaints there, but some of the paint job is sloppy. My husband used to work for contractors in his college days, and they always left a sight better than when they arrived. We won't be using him again.
