This business is a scam. The person came to my house. I asked for two hours of work. They sat at…read morethe computer for four hours. They claimed that the work they did would make the computer run faster. Nothing changed after they spent time in front of my computer. I have since taken my computer to Simply Computing. They solved the problem quickly by installing an SSD. I feel that this person took advantage of me not knowing much about computers. I was charged almost $500 and there was no change to how my computer functioned. He did nothing but move a few files and an application onto an external hard drive. This did not change how the computer functione. I was very disappointed. I would never hire this company again.

We did discuss his tendency to be late and he argued stating that he didn't feel as if he was late because of he was there at the designated times he wouldn't have had much to do, therefore he did not feel the need to compensate us. At one point during one of our wedding events he asked us how much longer we were going to be because he wanted to leave early to catch a ferry! Despite the fact that we had booked him until a certain time. It was no surprise once we got our video he only had 15min of reception footage aside from the speeches and our entrance. The highlights reel was decently done however the full video is exactly like the highlights reel, only difference is our whole wedding ceremony is on the full video. I'm not sure if all wedding videos are like that. That was a bit disappointing. But we are stuck with what we have now sadly. Pricing was a bit high as well. It was very stressful dealing with him during the wedding and once our wedding was over it took over 6 months to get the final video. Although I must admit part of the delay was because each "final" copy he gave us continuously had errors ie: incorrect song, video skipping, sloppy panning of the screen to the point where your eyes would hurt from watching. He does take awhile to answer emails and reaching him on the phone can be difficult too. I would suggest looking at other videographers before selecting him. I gave him 2 stars because in the end we did get a video copy.

The package we received included one hour of photo-taking, all the pictures in high-res on a DVD and some photos touched up. We had a family of 8 people, including 6 adults and 2 kids. We really weren't expecting much, because we got such a good price on it, but as it turns out, the entire experience was wonderful. We were impressed with Jamil's professional photography skills. Originally, we were going to take the photos outside near a lake, but because of the weather, we had to change to an indoor location. Jamil was very flexible in this regard and provided several location suggestions. At the hotel, we took photos at different places, sitting down, standing up, on the couch, on the stairs... lots of variety. From the email communication, the flexibility of location, the photos and the quick turn around time for the DVD - Everything was top notch. And best of all, the pictures looked great. As a longtime Geek Squad member, I was used to relying on them to fix my laptop and at least retrieve my files -- so I was shocked when I was told they wouldn't even look at it because it was "too old" (purchased in 2020!) for their technicians to bother with. Over the phone, he immediately reassured me -- not only would he do everything possible to get the laptop running, but he was confident he could recover my data. Because I live quite a distance from their shop, Sam even arranged for a technician to meet us at a mutually convenient location. Incredible service!
