Unfortunately, there is only 1 set of restrooms, located way out of the way, mid mall on the 2nd (main) level. Place can get a bit crowded in the evenings and on Saturday night, parking can also be a bit of a pain. This place blows Leon Plaza (about 1/2 KM to the south) out of the water with stores and available services. For the area, this is as good as it gets! One star knocked off for the extreme difficulty in finding parking during the busier hours.

Not only were they very helpful in assisting us with selecting a new backpack but they also contacted Osprey for us when we asked about Osprey's guarantee & replacement policy. Due to the language barrier, Mr. Gabriel Garcia from K2 Planet, called Osprey for us, and explained our situation and offered to have the replacement bag sent to his store and then as soon as we finished walking he would courier the replacement bag to us, at no charge to us! Mr. Garcia was true to his word, and as as soon as we contacted him with an address, once we had finished walking, he couriered the replacement backpack to us immediately.
