The staff at K2 Planet -León, Spain, went well above and beyond to help us out when one of our Osprey Levity backpacks broke halfway through our Camino from France. Not only were they very helpful in assisting us with selecting a new backpack but they also contacted Osprey for us when we asked about Osprey's guarantee & replacement policy. Due to the language barrier, Mr. Gabriel Garcia from K2 Planet, called Osprey for us, and explained our situation and offered to have the replacement bag sent to his store and then as soon as we finished walking he would courier the replacement bag to us, at no charge to us! Mr. Garcia was true to his word, and as as soon as we contacted him with an address, once we had finished walking, he couriered the replacement backpack to us immediately. I cannot recommended K2 Planet and their staff enough. They were extremely kind and tremendously helpful and we highly recommend them. Sincerely R & K Somerville read more

On the Camino and in need of a new performance shirt - K2 had exactly what I needed. The gal working there was very friendly and helpful, which is always appreciated! Small, but effective inventory for the outdoors - particularly the Camino. read more
