In the middle of this we also had to deal with a mortgage lender that couldn't close on time and a non-responsive sellers agent who didn't fulfill the requested repairs. Patrick diligently followed up and resolved these issues, and we completed the entire home buying process in two months. Throughout the whole time, I never felt stressed because the Manleys took care of the hard part and kept me updated almost on a daily basis.
