The students were very engaged and learned a lot. This was definitely a memorable and educational trip--the kids got to decorate and keep their robots while learning about circuits and building! The staff also really engaged and helped the students navigate to. The space is also nice--big and welcoming, but not too big so you will not get lost. I would definitely go back again!!! The owner responded to my younger son that "this place is not for you." Instead she could have answered it in a more friendly such as " maybe when you are a little older you can join us". This is a children friendly learning environment and should be treated with thoughtful answer. After finishing our less than 5 min school tour I have asked the owner if I can see how an actual class is like particularly for my sons group of class in September. She responded and questioned me that why I was there today as if I was wasting her time. She also said the person who arranged the tour must have already explained to me the junior class won't be starting until September and questioned me in a rude tone of voice and attitude made me feel that I was completely wasting her time. Even if I have missed out the information prior the tour but they should still treat their customer with patience and respect. I truly felt it was unprofessional and extremely disappointed with this touring experience as I had a high expectation that this ninja code location at Westfield should be exceptional with customer service and was expecting a children friendly environment but it was complete the opposite. Despite how great the quality of the coding that my children will be learning from this facility. I would not want my children to be in this unfriendly environment and won't recommend any parents here.

On one hand I was happy my seven year old would start getting a bit of independence but when I call her and she is by herself in a random part of a college, it was a bit concerning. The staff curses relentlessly in front of the children. We paid the same amount as the rest of the children but was definitely treated differently. There were barely anyone that looked like my daughter in this class if you grasp what I'm saying. She had to switch computers with another student because their computer was broken and she got the broken computer and had to sit there and do nothing for the class. Her teacher Bob yelled at her for asking to call home because she didn't feel comfortable. She then was scared to even ask to use the bathroom and cried. After asking for help or guidance multiple times her teacher ignored her and then told her to ask another student. The other student was also annoyed because he wanted to work on his own project. When bringing this up to the director Hal he decided to deflect and victim blame by saying she is always on her phone. After telling him she was using her phone because she had nothing to do with a Broken computer and teacher that ignores her he just asked "what outcome are you looking for". He was very dismissive and defended before even talking to his staff. I think these young staff members aren't trained to properly work with children of all colors especially but this was definitely an overpriced daycare. We won't be returning. Looking into taking thing further.
