I loved that there was always someone in the play area keeping it kept and clean so the kids could continue to enjoy themselves. There were enough tables for families to sit at and they were kept wiped down and clean. We enjoyed the experience and will be back to this facility soon.

I had to remove a few stars due to bad customer service and the fact that they charge even for teenagers who just sit at the tables. So if you only have little ones, go ahead and skip this post because it is a fun place for little ones! They will love it... I have no problem paying for all my children if there is something for them to do? There is NOTHING targeted for a teenager. This place is for 2-5 year olds. A designated ball pit for kids under 3, small tricycles for a toddler and nothing for a teenager to do. If you are going to charge for teens- make them feel included so they can also have fun? Otherwise drop the age to 10 and under because this place is SMALL and meant for tiny children. Again if you have a toddler this is great. Just beware for those with age gaps, this is not truly family friendly because they will charge you for your teen who simply sits at the table and doesn't even run around. We won't be back because unfortunately I can't leave my teenager alone just so my toddler can run around. Will be spending our money elsewhere.

Each season is beautifully done with festive displays, lights, and decorations that make you feel like you've stepped into a storybook. There's so much to do for all ages...a charming train ride through the forest, a classic carousel, the fun Avalanche Slide, and endless photo opportunities everywhere you turn. It's perfect for families, date nights, or even just a cozy night out with friends. The beer garden is a great touch for adults, while kids (and kids at heart) can enjoy hot cocoa and funnel cakes. Everything is thoughtfully laid out and keeps the energy fun and festive without feeling overwhelming. What really makes this place special is knowing that your visit supports a great cause while creating lasting memories. The staff and volunteers are friendly, and you can tell a lot of heart goes into making this event magical every year. Highly recommend making this a seasonal tradition, it's pure joy, nostalgia, and holiday spirit all in one

As seen, in my Pics The Gift Shop's items' isn't priced too badly; there were some items that I was considering, but you know how it is, after the Holidays, your bank account is pretty lean; I have a lot of people to buy for, I've got a large family. There were five Grinch- themed trees. Many of the trees were decorated very nicely. It's a beautiful sight to see. We went on the Carousel, and we did two rounds of Mini-Golf, which was fun. We also went down the Avalanche twice. Stringbean went three times. Gone are the years of seeing all of the Gingerbread Houses. Now, there are a lot of fundraising food/drink stands, I get it, it's an organization.

This place is a huge indoor playground with three floors of hands-on exhibits that kept them moving the whole time. They loved Toddler Town on the first floor the desert themed soft play, sensory elements, and crawl spaces were just right for their age. But the real highlight was The Summit, the giant 70-foot climbing structure that spans all three floors with 12 levels. I was surprised how well our 2 and 3 year olds handled it! They climbed the levels with no problem, exploring different challenges and interactive spots at their own pace. It was great to see their confidence grow as they went up and down. They also enjoyed the water play area (smocks provided still recommend a change of clothes) and some of the imaginative play zones. We spent about 2.5-3 hours there, and it felt like the perfect energy-burner in air-conditioned comfort a lifesaver in Las Vegas! The museum is clean, the staff is friendly, and it's very stroller-friendly. Admission is $15 for Nevada locals with valid ID and $20 for non-locals (kids under 1 are free). We went on a weekday and it wasn't too crowded, which made chasing the boys around much easier. Helpful tip for families on a budget: If you have a valid EBT, SNAP, or WIC card, you can get admission for just $5 per person (up to 4 tickets per adult cardholder cards must be shown at entry for verification; in-person only). If you have active little ones who love to climb and explore, this is a fantastic spot. Highly recommend -- we'll definitely be back!

It was nice having something fun for kids to do that doesn't involve being 21+ or sitting in a hotel room, especially while her parents had a chance to gamble. We had so much fun and stayed for a few hours. I was honestly exhausted after going through the jungle gym, but there are so many hands-on learning experiences and activities that keep kids engaged the whole time. The Grocery Store was a popular place that the kids seemed to enjoy. The quality of the exhibits is great, and for how much there is to do, the value is totally worth it. Highly recommend for families. We'll definitely be back the next time she comes to visit.

The first time I came here the staff informed me of a monthly membership. They weren't pushy at all, but instead were very well informed to answer my questions. The membership is a great deal! There is a basketball area, an obstacle course, a stuntman dive area, a video game IWall area, a bicycle video game, a treadmill video game, a foam pit, a fun HUGE slide, a special are for little kids, and a dodgeball area. The dodgeball area always has a staff member there to explain rules, make sure kids play safely and fair and organize the amount of kids that can play at a time. Staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everyone understood the rules before jumping. The kids jumped for a full hour and were completely worn out by the end, which is always a win. The setup is well organized, and I appreciated how clearly they enforce safety, once they called "off the mats" based on wristband color, everyone followed directions and cleared the trampolines quickly. The facility was clean, staff stayed attentive on the floor, and everything felt well managed. It's a fun place to let kids burn off energy, especially for birthdays or just a casual outing. Overall, a solid experience and we'd definitely come back again.

The place was hella clean, spacious, and well put together. The music was solid too. It was a good mix of everything (nothing overly ratchet). The crowd was also respectful at the time we went, it felt very family-friendly. We showed up right when they opened at noon on a Saturday, and there was already a good-sized crowd inside because of a birthday party. Even with that, it didn't feel overcrowded. Heads up! you do have to sign a waiver when you come in. Pricing was reasonable: about $13 for admission and around $5-$6 for skate rentals (you can bring your own). Also, they charge you a 3.5% fee I think if you use a card (instead of cash). They also have skating mates available, which is clutch if you've got kids (or adults) still learning. Along the side, there's a small arcade section and plenty of seating if you just want to chill and watch. We ate beforehand so we didn't try the food, and the dining space was a good size. The employees we encountered seemed friendly and we didn't have any issues during our visit. They turned on the lights after an hour for like 10 mins and made everybody do the "Hokey Pokey" and other random games. I guess this gave an opportunity to have a little break from the normal skating. The only weird thing was there wasn't a sink inside the restrooms. It's a shared one outside. Overall, this is a solid, affordable spot for a family outing. I took my three kids here and they had a great time. Definitely worth checking out if you're looking for something fun and low-key in Vegas.
