A couple months later she decided to call me and say that she "made a mistake" by double booking me, and that she has another bride who's bringing her entire family to do their makeup with Venus, and she can't take me anymore. I was so furious! I begged her to please take me and then take the bride and her family afterwards since it was just me. She kept telling me that she cannot anymore, and NOT ONCE did she apologize! I know her story was made up and she saw that she could make more money by taking on an entire family with the bride! I am so disgusted! Do not ever book with her on your wedding date, or any date for that matter! I will never EVER go back to her again! She has gotten too greedy and is only there to make money and does not care about me, and won't care about you either!

It was a relaxing hour and when she was my skin felt soft and renewed. I booked a shampoo and blowout for my second visit a few weeks later. Hollie did a great job listening to what I wanted and I got one of the best blowouts I've had in a long time. My hair style lasted for days. Best part is all the services are very reasonable since it's a teaching school and they're practicing their skills for graduation. Check out Groupon as they have even better prices through there. They're eager to honor Groupon and for feedback. I've had nothing but great experiences with Elevate and hope to continue using them for a long time.

Beware of this company, they do not care about their workers!
