He set up an appointment window for us to bring our baby to him and have us time to say goodbye one final time. Donie's building and surrounding area are clean and well-kept. Even more important, we received a certificate of individual cremation and even some of Bubba's fur, which was unexpected and so thoughtful. While I hope to not need his services again anytime soon, I'll continue to use Donie just as I did this time. The drive from Atlanta was completely worth it.
