While we were there he realized he needed to use the restroom. He was literally jumping up and down trying to hold it and the staff in there refused to open restroom because they've had a problem with homeless in the past... and they told me so!! Does my three year old look like he's going to go and do drugs in the restroom to you? I Let him know if he didn't open it then he might as well start getting the paper towels now cause there would be a clean up needed shortly. The employee just shrugged like "too bad." We literally had to RUN to the Marshall's next door so my soon didn't soil himself. Im actually disgusted by these two employees and their unwillingness to have any semblance of human decency. This occurred around 7pm on 9/14/26. I will not be returning to this location or any other dollar tree location. Afterwards, I went straight to target and paid five times the amount for the same supplies because I would rather spend my money at a place that actually treats its customers with respect and dignity. Do better.
