Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning

Master's Window & Gutter Cleaning did a great job for us. The company used to be owned by my good…read morefriend Brian Anderson, so I already had a good feeling going in, but Luke absolutely delivered. He came out to clean our solar panels and gutters and was incredibly efficient. I was stuck working and on calls the whole time, so I was not able to hover or play quality control inspector, but I did not need to. Everything was clean when he arrived since I had just finished cleaning the sidewalks and patio, and when he left, the place looked exactly the same. No mess, no debris, no signs that anyone had even been here except that everything was spotless. Luke also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. It was honestly a relief to see that he cleaned out what had to be more than 20 years of gutter gunk. That is not a technical term, but it should be. We have had rain the last couple of days and the gutters are working great. Water is flowing like it finally remembered what its job was. Super happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Some confusion going on. I had power washing done on my home. I was quoted a price by phone, but…read morereceived a different, higher estimate by email. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

12.06.25 Was really excited to check this lot out when Hubs…read moresaid they had my go-to varietal of tree...the spacey-branched silver tip. So driving up and seeing how many they had was super promising! We walked in, were greeted by a few of the workers offering their help when we find some etching we liked, and we went a searching. Let me say, they had a LOT of good looking trees! So why the 2-star rating? Well, we were greatly disappointed to see that NONE of the trees were being kept in any water! We'd touch the branches and needles, and some seemed aite, but all we kept thinking was, will this tree last till the New Year? We're a house that keeps the Xmas decor up through the first week of Jan before taking it all down. So that would mean an entire month, if not slightly more, for us needing the tree to last. And with them not being kept in water, we wondered how 'dead' they might already be. I braved to ask a worker how long have they had those trees, and couldn't believe he said for "maybe a week or so". I then made the comment/question of "and you don't keep them in any water?" He shook his head no and honestly, that made up Hubs' mind right then & there. I honestly couldn't believe these trees had already not been in water for that amount of time. If you Google, fresh cut Christmas trees only last 6-8hrs without water before they can no longer drink water. And they need the water to last 4-5 weeks! So, although many, many people do purchase from this lot year after year, I'm not sure how long their trees are lasting. On the plus side, their prices were fantastic!! But we just couldn't bring ourselves to buy even with those prices while having the thought of buying a tree that possibly was already partially dead and wouldn't drink water again. If Sutton's would 'splurge' on buckets or SOMETHING to keep those amazing trees in water on the lot, I'd consider giving them our business. So here, you may be getting what you pay for. Still wish Sutton's all the best and a Merry Christmas!!

Perfect family friendly, free local pumpkin patch! I have a newborn and wanted to avoid the stress…read moreand cost of the popular big places in town. This was an amazing find and exactly what I was looking for! It was well kept, super cute with lots of photo ops, plenty to do without being overwhelming or too busy. They have a small corn maze (takes 10-15 minites), tractor ride, a full fledged pumpkin patch, large hale pyramid to climb, and pumpkin shooter. There's also a small flower patch. Prices were very reasonable for whatever items you want to do, especially considering no cost for parking or entrance. There was a good amount of shade on the property which is super nice. Only 1 porta potty which is a big con for me, but since it's not too far out of town not the end of the world. Parking lot is big enough for the size of the place, gravel. Everything was stroller friendly for our little one. The girls working were sweet and even willing to take some photos for us with the cute pumpkin arch. There was 1 food truck on site but limited options. Probably plan to eat before/after. Overall, definitely intend to come back next year and make this a fun tradition. It doesn't have the rides or slides or big entertainment that places like Bishops have, but its really cute and has plenty to do for a family that is wanting something smaller scale.

They have a corn maze a tractor ride, some beautiful flowers to walk around, a huge hay pyramid and a bunch of pumpkins for sale. The cost to park and walk in is free but the rides and other stuff cost is minimal. The employees were very nice as they greeted us upon walking up to main booth. All in all it's really fun for the kids and didn't cost much money. I'd definitely recommend this place!
