Our event occurred in October and I have taken this long to leave a review for a few different…read morereasons: 1. I wanted to give the owner ample time to correct the issue. 2. As small business owners ourselves, I despise poorly reviewing another. 3. We never received even a partial refund. It is because of our experience in business that I feel the need to review. Had this been a little weekend party, we may have been able to overlook it, but this was an event planned a year and a half out, with over 150+ invited guests, with lots of money invested; similar to the magnitude of a wedding. Had it not been for the owner's lack of accountability for the small issues we had, this would have been a 5 star. Unfortunately I have to give them a 1 star. 1 star because the tents, chairs, and chair covers were handled professionally, worked as needed, and the communication up until the day of the event was great. They were easy to communicate with and I appreciated that I didn't have to hunt them down to finalize details like I did so many other vendors. Unfortunately that's where the positives end. Long story short, we ordered 12 - 70" x 120" Rectangle linen polyester tablecloths in black, and a low lying fog machine, amongst other things, but the rest was fine. There were holes in some of the chair covers, but they sent over extra just in case. On the morning of the event we tested the fog machine and it did not work. When I called to inquire about it, the employee, unkindly, told me that everything was checked and looked over by her before leaving the store and there was nothing wrong with it. I assured her that I had 4 men setting it up; men who work with machinery, engines, and pumps day in and day out. She continued saying that we were doing something incorrectly (it didn't take a genius to work the thing.) After a couple of back and forths, we were still lead to believe we did something wrong. The owner eventually called and claimed that she had looked at it before leaving the shop. Ultimately we had to run someone 30 minutes out of town to purchase another and, in the end, once the machine arrived back at their shop they did, in fact, confirm the machine was clogged. The bigger issue was the tablecloths. As mentioned, we ordered 12 of the same size, same color, same material table clothes. One of them was round, confirmed by multiple people, and others were different sizes and material types. The morning of the event we had to run around, finding items we had laying around to make up for the incorrect items. After the event, I organized them into different piles based on the type and size. I took photos and video as evidence, as well as having the entire family (and friends) check to be sure I wasn't incorrect. When I emailed Kim about this she claimed that they all came back rectangle, no rounds, but one had rounded corners which "is customary" and because of that, there was no refund available. I kindly emailed her back stating that my concerns were not properly addressed, and she ghosted me. My problem with this is I provided proof that we did not receive what we ordered. I don't care what is or isn't customary. The fact of the matter is we ordered 12 - 70" x 120" tablecloths of the same type, size, and material, and we received something else entirely. Rather than fix the issue, she tried to gaslight me the first time, and ignored me the second. It wouldn't matter if 90% of them worked just fine; the bottom line is, we did not receive what we paid for and it caused issues on the morning of the event. Being business owners ourselves, we go above and beyond to make the customer happy; that doesn't mean the customer is always right, but it does mean we do what we can do to correct the issue and mitigate any inconveniences. The fact that she, not only, refused to acknowledge and take accountability for the issues, but also didn't refund even the partial refund is an issue. We spent approximately $2,000 with them and she couldn't be bothered with a simple $150. This is not how you do business and because of that, I cannot recommend them for anyone's special event.

Breakfast, lunch, or dinner hands down the best choice if your looking for catering in the area. Great food, great staff, and they go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and budget.
