Within a year of painting/caulking/patch & crack repair on our stucco house, we have extensive cracking again. Ray told us the combination of elastomeric and paint would prevent the majority of cracks. Nope. Tried to get Ray to take care of the problem and he blamed the paint, said he'd contact the manufacturer about the problem, and get it taken care of. Didn't happen. Now he just ghosts us.
