The work they did was excellent, they cleaned up everything with someone going round every night looking for dropped nails. My replacement included new sheathing as well as shingles (since I was replacing a very old cedar shakes roof), they were fast slightly over a week for just over 3000sqft. and I am really happy with the finished product. I would happily recommend them to someone I liked.

Hi Calibre roofing came out and did a repair to my roof around a leaky chimney. Indicated 6 month…read morewarranty on the fix. It started leaking within 6 months and wouldn't come out and re-repair nor refund the fee. Had a "partner" reach out to me to discuss the fix and three times I was ghosted on just trying to get a temporary fix until I could get a proper fix in place.

Lots of big talk about winning all sorts of awards but it didn't show in the case of our roof. Asked Dave to come back and fix up the problem areas and nothing. About the poorest customer service we have ever experience. if you want to hear that you don't know anything and how great he is he's your guy. my wife and I are seniors and had to borrow to get the job done. I don't know what sort of roofing awards are given but none of his many are customer service related.
