What a pleasure purchasing a new mattress and electric base package from MattressUSA, Kennesaw…read more This is a family owned business and not a corporate owned enterprise. Purchasing a new mattress is a very personel decision and is based on numerous factors and can be very confusing trying to decide from a multitude of manufacturers and mattress models. Buddy took the time to thoroughly explain the differences in mattress types and models based on our criteria. (Foam vs Hybid, Soft, Medium, Firm, etc.) He asked us what type of sleeper we were Side, Back, Stomach or combination and was able to recommend and had us try out multiple mattresses until we were satisfied and decided on which mattress to purchase. I would not hesitate to purchase again from MattressUSA and Buddy. Cant recommend them enough and they are Veteran friendly!

I walked in and Buddy immediately greeted me. I told him my interest: what size and how firm the mattresses needed. Buddy showed me three mattresses from 500ish to 1k to 4k. He patiently gave me time to consider and ask questions anywhere from memory foam, spring, box, to warranty to where the mattresses are manufactured. He's very knowledgeable. Great customer service. I asked him for some time to consider and id be in contact. He offered and did end up writing a combo of what I was interested, price and name, for convenience. I did not buy anything yet and also did not feel pressured to, at any time. TIP: Delivery is included in the price!

Mark personally came to my mother's house and apologized for the mistake! He brought the right base and installed it. He even offered to refund all of the purchase price because of the trouble. A very costly offer since GA doesn't allow used mattress sales and he would certainly lose money. Mom is now very happy with her zero gravity bed. My opinion of SOS Mattress and Mark have changed drastically! This is an honest business and they will treat you well! Shop away!

Save Big Mattress is the best place to buy a mattress in the NE Atlanta Metro area. The owner is…read morevery friendly and knowledgeable. He's not pushy one bit. Sure, the place is unassuming and is dated on the outside, but it's a honey hole on the inside. There is a large selection of queen and king mattresses. I was looking for a full-size mattress so that limited our options here. Regardless, they had what I needed. They sell a private label that exceeds the quality you will find online or at a traditional mattress store. I did a ton of research online and visited multiple locations in-person. The quality and value cannot be beaten here. Again, if you are looking for a mattress, please don't waste your time shopping at Costco, The Original Mattress Factory, Mattress Firm, etc. as I did. Go here. There are tons to choose from in king and queen sizes and just what you need in full or twin sizes.

I'll check back once the pandemic dies down and update my review accordingly.

Maria and the staff were extremely accommodating and answered a steady stream of questions. They offered several options in a variety of price ranges. I ended up furnishing two bedrooms for less than my original budget for one. My house wasn't quite ready for me to move in, so Maria offered to store all of my furniture until I was ready. We stayed in constant communication and when the final inspections were finished and the Certificate of Occupancy was issued, my furniture was delivered the next day. For a nominal fee, white glove delivery service is available. They showed up when scheduled, brought everything inside, assembled and set up both bedrooms of furniture, cleared away all packing materials and made sure that I was happy with everything. Great staff! They pride themselves on quality products as reasonable prices. They offer products from a well known furniture store, but at a much lower cost. I had shopped for a recliner at the name brand store and found one that I liked. Being a cost conscious shopper, I also priced that same recliner at a local "furniture outlet" store and was thrilled to find the recliner there for about $300 less than the name brand place. When Maria asked if I had checked their price, I admitted that hadn't. I gave the staff the brand and model number of the recliner and they returned with a price almost $200 less than the "furniture outlet" place. Yep, you read that correctly. Red Gate Home Furnishings "out the door" price was almost $500 less than the name brand home furnishing store for the exact same recliner. Now you know why I'm thrilled to find this furniture gem and why this review is so lengthy. If you are ready to shop for your home, do yourself a favor and check this place out. I'm sure you'll be as happy with them as I am. They get the "Fat Guy Two Thums Up" award from me!
