From the very beginning, Miss Betty made me feel incredibly welcome and supported. As a parent, especially sending such a young baby to daycare, that reassurance meant a lot to me. The infant classroom staff are truly amazing especially Miss Nataly and Miss Liz, they're caring, attentive, and patient. Now that she has transitioned into the toddler class. The new teachers are just as kind, engaged, and dedicated. Most importantly, my baby is genuinely happy at this center. She feels secure, loved, and excited to go each day, which gives me so much peace of mind. I'm really sad that we have to switch to a different Kindercare due to my work situation. It's not an easy decision because we've had such a wonderful experience here. I'm very grateful for all the care and support the team has given my child during this important stage of her development.

I was sad to transition them to a different preschool (for language immersion) but I highly recommend this KinderCare for infant/toddler care to other parents looking for a safe, transparent, and high quality daycare. They also have great pick-up/drop-off hours and a variety of meals (breakfast, lunch, snack) and the convenience of it all was very worthwhile. We did tour a few other daycares and options for infant care but ultimately chose this location for the environment and low turnover (some of our favorite teachers have been here for many years)! The facility is clean and organized and the staff and directors are welcoming, friendly, and transparent. Like any place, there is still some staff changes but over the last few years, our experience has always been consistent and excellent. I want to give a shout-out to every teacher as they are the biggest reason we chose this daycare over others.

Our baby took to her very quickly and we just knew it was the perfect place for our little one. Over the years our daughter has excelled academically and socially. But most importantly I knew my daughter was safe. My daughter has been there three years and my son for two. There is a very close parental community formed at wonderland daycare and I know the friendships formed there will last years to come. I could not recommend Wonderland Daycare any higher. This is a very loving, professional, and progressive environment perfect for a little one's growing needs! We were drawn and impressed by the way she interacts and communicates with kids. We really like her teaching style. I love that they accommodate our needs, have daily communication about our son's growth, share pictures and monthly newsletters. She's very responsive to our questions and routinely update us on how our son is doing. It's important to us to know how our son is doing throughout his time in daycare, any issues he's having and any growth Savannah sees. He knows the ABC, can count to 20, colors, animals, vehicles, social skills, languages skills, etc. Savannah routinely plans out activities throughout the years: like water activities in the summer, holiday activities like halloween, thanksgiving, Christmas. She spends quite a lot of effort planning activities out for the kids. We are so thrilled when Savannah told us that she has the opportunity to take over unit A, the preschool program. I was dreading to looking for preschool because Savannah and Jennifer are great and passionate at what they do.

We were with Teacher Kitty for the entire 2 years. She is an amazing caretaker with extensive childcare experience. She is kind, compassionate and cares deeply for each child. She helped my child develop skills that I wouldn't even know how to teach. My child would come home singing songs (English and Chinese), showing off her art projects and telling me about her friends. Her Chinese developed really well. Teacher Kitty speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese and English. She communicated well with us, especially if she had any concerns, and would always respond if we had any questions/needed advice. Teacher Kitty was essentially like a grandma to my child. Teacher Lorena, who was a helper, was warm and nurturing. My child absolutely adored her and would always give her a huge smile during drop-off. My child loved the large backyard with many toys and structures to play with (including a trampoline)! The daycare is in a newly renovated home. The area is safe and the teachers do a wonderful job at keeping the daycare clean and sanitized. They have songs they play in the background during drop-off/pick-up. There are always new toys that they bring out. They do a lot of fun activites, such as learning dances during circle time and doing sensory bins. There are so many other wonderful things I can say about this Mimi Daycare. I wish we could stay forever, but my child has aged out of it. Mimi Daycare had been such an amazing experience, and I hope that parents will consider joining!

I had looked at a few options and was honestly ready to sign up for the first one I found that worked with my schedule. Luckily, I received a call from Building Kidz inviting me for a tour, and I'm so grateful I went. From the moment I visited, I knew this was the environment I wanted my son to be in. The classrooms are separated by age group, which allows the children to learn and grow with peers at the same developmental stage. It really shows how thoughtful their program is. During my tour, Lourdes was absolutely amazing. She made the entire experience welcoming and informative, and she continues to be such a rockstar for the daycare. The teachers are just as incredible. Ms. Letty is the best, my son absolutely loves her. She is so caring, patient, and attentive with all the kids. When my son moved to another classroom, Ms. Bedyani was just as wonderful, sweet, loving, and clearly dedicated to the children in her care. The staff overall is amazing, and the experience my son has had there has been incredible. I come home from work and he continues to amaze me with everything he's learned. Seeing his growth and happiness reassures me every day that I made the right decision. I'm so happy with my choice. Building Kidz truly deserves 5 stars!

My son attended this school back in 2018. The director and one of her teachers were absolutely…read moreunprofessional and treated the children very badly. If this teacher is still working at this facility please be cautious. I moved my child as soon as I wrote a letter and made it very clear she was verbally abusive and extremely mean to him at only 2 years old. She made him afraid to use the restroom and I caught her yelling at him in his face, for having an accident (he was potty training at the time). The director Ms. Jennifer and her other assistant director were extremely unprofessional and handled the situation poorly. They had me move my son, instead of hold their teacher accountable for her poor behavior. I lost 2 weeks of work because they insisted he move, instead of take action with their own employee. It was ridiculous how they treated me and my son in this situation. Not to mention the teacher traumatized my son into having a hard time potty training after this incident. This is how the email went: Hi Mrs. Jennifer, I just wanted to inform you that the way Ms. Anonymous, has acted towards my son is not okay. I've observed her mistreatment with other children at your facility as well. The most recent incident that I've experienced, was her yelling at my son for wetting his pants. I've also noticed he is not the only child that she has mistreated. I've seen her snatch sippy cups away from children, for no apparent reason. She has also yelled at children for crying for their parent's. I've witnessed her telling them to "be quiet" and "stop crying," but in a harsh tone. Yesterday's incident was infuriating. She waited for me to leave, I didn't even leave the building before she took his brand new spiderman gloves, he just got (he was so excited to show them off). She took my son's gloves for no reason, and I feel like she did it just to do it. Her reaction to me questioning her, when I walked back in the room because I could hear my son crying all of a sudden. When I had just left him happily eating breakfast just about 2 minutes earlier. That reaction was even more outrageous. She had an attitude in her tone and told me that I was overacting. To an incident of what seemed like she was abusing her authority. She said if, "I had an issue I can go talk to her boss." She purposely caused my child, whom was no longer in her class, to cry. As soon as she thought his mother left the building. She decided to do that. The whole interactiont with her and my son was inappropriate, and I'm unsure why she felt the need to pick on such a small child? The reaction to the email I had sent the director was extremely rude and she had no compassion. She had the audacity to threaten me in her parking lot instead. Which I had 2 witnesses present when she did this at the time. It was very unprofessional and it was handled so ridiculously/poorly by Jennifer and her staff. I took this review down years ago because their lawyer was calling my job at the time, harassing me to take this post down. I decided that was uncceptable and that's why I'm posting this again.

I could not have found a more special, loving and caring place than this daycare. Cleo loves our kids like they're her own. When I was researching daycares, I had a huge checklist when looking for a daycare: safety, warm caregivers, a structured day, healthy food, and great communication. Tinyworld has exceeded every single expectation. The owner, Cleo (a mom of two herself), is truly wonderful. She and her small team provide such loving, consistent care; my children are always greeted with a smile and get individual attention thanks to their small class size. The space is bright, tidy, and safe, with both indoor play areas and a backyard for daily outdoor time. Cleo taught my kids so much - from how to use a straw, to expanding their horizons through food, to understanding the difference between a recycling and a regular trash can! She even teaches them conflict resolution when the kids rough-and-tumble with each other - breathing exercises and ways to calm and co-regulate. The daily routine is exactly what I hoped for: music, art projects, story time, and lots of play. They provide balanced snacks (with fruits, veggies, and whole foods), which takes a huge load off of us as working parents. My kids nap better here than at home! One of the things I love most is the communication. We get photo updates (not too many though, because Cleo and Claudia are so busy with the kids - which I'd prefer!) during the day and a quick summary at pickup, so we always know how our kiddos spent the day. If you're looking for a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where your child can thrive, I can't recommend Tiny World enough. We could not be happier with Llamitas Daycare, and we strongly recommend them!…read more This home daycare is run by a mother-daughter pair, both of which ooze compassion and affection for all of the kids. Tula (the mother) is a baby-whisperer, and Jenny (the daughter) strikes an enviable balance of playfulness and trusted authority with the older kids. We would (and have!) recommend them to everyone we know! Our older daughter was at Llamitas from ages 1 - 5, graduating last summer to attend Kindergarten. Despite being called a daycare, Llamitas provided the Preschool prep she needed to thrive in elementary school. Jenny's lessons are creative and fun, nurturing a passion for learning! We loved Llamitas so much that it was a no-brainer for us to put our second daughter in their care once our parental leaves ended. Given the small size of the center, Tula and Jenny were able to accommodate our particular requests for feedings or naptime. The care and love exceeded what we'd previously experienced in a personal nanny share! Other amazing aspects of Llamitas include: unbeatable teacher:child ratio enabling individualized attention, home-cooked healthy lunches and breakfasts included in tuition, every other week visits from a live musician named Sophie, reasonable rates, gardening lessons in the backyard, and close proximity to tech centers like YouTube and Walmart Labs.
