Everyone there was nice....except for one complete jackass. This guy is one of the people that "helps" you with your glasses. Very rude. They cancelled my appt. 5 days prior to appt because I did not confirm online. I confirmed 4 days prior but they said the computer automatically does it. Mind you I waited 4 months for my appt. took the morning off work, and they could not fit me back in. After consulting with Patient relations, he rudely said it was my fault for not answering the phone on Thursday. This office lost 5 family members business. Moved here from Savannah and transferred to this office on recommendation. My recommendation is to choose an office that cares about their customers, wants my business, and allows confirmations within at least 2 days prior to appointment.

Her staff is friendly, especially John that fits you for your new glasses. I have always been called into scheduled appointment within 10 minutes of appointed time.
