Not a lead or weed was left after they finished the job. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I certainly would. Awesome business model with a focus on customer service. We definitely made the right decision using them. They removed several HUGE old trees safely without any damage to my personal house that has a tile roof. The other one we knew would have some roof damage due to position of tree. This tree was huge and they had to cut it trunk by trunk by hand and lowered with ropes. {To the reviewer below with low rating, they repaired your issue- why give them such a low rating? I did not put too much into that review- you seem ridiculous. } A tiny edge of the roof next door was hit by part of that tree (a miracle it was not more due to this huge tree) and they promptly had it repaired. We actually found out about another very old hole in the roof thanks to them. We were able to get it repaired too by their roofer(who we also liked). They even came back quickly during a busy time for them when one of the trees we tried to save had unknown termite damage inside it and cracked. That was a Saturday! They are awesome. My husband is 30 year construction project manager, watched them, and he says they are legit. In fact, he was such a fan- he wanted to work with them "for fun" on the weekend. Lol, I said NO, not happening. I will recommend them to everyone. They towed off all the mess, except parts my hubby wanted for firewood.

He was contracted by the…read moreWarrington CRA under their tree removal program to trim the huge water oak in my backyard since removal was too expensive for the program. When he was out to bid the job, I had talked about the dead limbs on my front yard maple & how it was nothing but a woodpecker party spot! Well, when I came home from work yesterday, not only was the water oak job done, but he also evicted the woodpeckers!!! He also cut back some neighboring branches that were on the roof, which he noticed when he was blowing the debris off my roof!!! Everything was picked up & hauled away too!!!! I talked to him, and he said he would be out the next day to give an estimate. He gave me an estimate, and it seemed like a reasonable price, but I wanted to get other estimates to make sure. After receiving a few other estimates, Greenwood Tree's was lower than all the rest. I called him back to schedule a time, and he was able to come out and do the work within a weeks time. Steve and his team did an excellent job. They even got rid of a large, dead branch in my backyard without even me asking them. I really appreciated that. I definitely recommend Greenwood Tree, and if I ever need any tree service again, they will be the business I call.
