Your company would have charged me more, being your wife's measurements were higher than two other estimates. And no way I'd give anyone half down. All in all, not good business practices. New, inexperienced, fence company. Woman who came out to measure for an estimate brought her toddler with her. Who does that??? The baby could barely walk around on my lawn. Also, I had two more estimates after hers, & her measurements were off. She had 20 more sq ft on her estimate. This company wanted half down for deposit. No, not recommending them.

Joe went through our house with a fine tooth comb, and then he briefed us on some of the issues that he recommended needed to be fixed and then other recommendations that if we wanted to fix, we could, however, the first house we dropped out due to issues The second house was the inspector unfortunately we were not to be there. We had the report come back. We had what we thought was a lot of issues that we don't understand because I'm not HVAC. I'm not an electrician and I'm not a plumber so we saw all these and we're just weirded out however we got a chance to talk to Mark and Marc calmed us down by telling us that a lot of it was just minimal and again I told him that we didn't have that professional background and we super appreciate you calling us and taking the time to go through the report and tell us that our issues were very minimal and if we were to have them get fixed, all of them would probably be fixed in less than an hour, so like I said before he made it a lot better for us and we were not freaked out by the report. I truly recommend this company. I was very impressed with both installers sorry inspectors and I would definitely recommend these guys if you were buying a house because like I said they went everywhere. I've never seen a report to where the whole house was inspected and it was great to know that these guys were there to do this for us. Also, they have a lot of other services they could do a couple of them are pest control. They do termites and array of others. I believe that they do alarm system systems and so forth and so on, but I definitely would get in touch with these guys. My door has been repaired, and they are compensating me for the inconvenience, which I greatly appreciate. I should also note that my mother purchased hurricane-rated impact French doors for her patio at the same time I ordered my front door from Sunset View. They did an excellent job with that installation. I would likely use Sunset View again in the future.
